We needed a door plus a couple of interior parts for a 51 Ford truck, not an easy task! Dale found us the perfect door in amazing condition, and for a really good price, too! Since we are in BC and he’s in Alberta, it was a giant leap of faith to buy parts online, sight unseen (he *did* send photos, but it can be hard to tell condition from a picture). I’m so glad we took the chance! When the door and other parts arrived, they were in MUCH better shape than we expected, and freight (via courier) was way cheaper than we thought. Honestly, if I could give him six stars, I would! We will definitely do business with him again in the future, and highly recommend his services. Despite not having what I was looking for, they were incredibly helpful, accommodating, friendly, and very quick to recommend a local shop and mechanic at Bill's Garage for a solution.

I love Jakob flatla but he doesn't return the feelings for me so i thought by posting this he might like me a bit more. i hope you appreciate me a little more and all i do for you.

Was able to get the required part fairly quickly. However very hard time to get ahold of anyone. Email & phone both yield poor response.

Inquired about equipment for a car, was told to message a picture of the car and what I needed so I did. Could see the person saw the message but didn’t respond at all so I wasn’t sure if I had messaged the right person. After a couple call attempts, they finally answered and were extremely rude over the phone. Saying that I was messaging and calling excessively and that they haven’t had time to look as he said it’s “hot as shit” and they have 4,000 cars to look through. All understandable. But I only messaged 1 time again since the initial call. I am not pleased with the fact that I was unable to get a word in on the phone during that call especially because all I wanted to do was confirm that I had messaged the right number. Not happy at all with the customer service, in fact I’m disgusted.

This is the most helpful wreckers I have ever talked to. They go out of there way to deliver parts for hsndicap person that can not pick up the parts. I recommend them to anyone looking for parts 2005 or older

I honestly can't rate this wrecking yard because I have such a rare vehicle they didn't have anything for me so I'm going to give them 2 Stars
