    Called in today to check inventory on a lead for a part from car-part.com and all I got was interrupted when trying to convey the stock number and go through the whole make/model line of questioning. Wasting time and rude.

    Friendly and great service! Junior was able to help me with getting a new glass for my rear window since my car got broken into. He was able to get me a glass within 2 days at a really good price as well. Thank you!!

    I sent an online quote request May 15 2021 to get a few pics of a fender and price.May 21 2021 still no response. I called and no answer.I'd like to know the condition of this part before I make a 500 km round trip for it and other parts I need.I'm glad I didn't make the drive down. I would have likely been disappointed.If you're looking for a good wrecker that replies back. Keep looking. This wrecker is a joke.

    Awesome experience. I run an auto shop in Lethbridge. We received a body control model for a Mazda which was faulty (common issue, used part, it happens) I called and they had another one to me the next day no questions asked.

    As many reviewers said, avoid like the plague. I Called to ask if they have Jetta seats 2006 in stock and if he needs the part number. Then he rudely asks what the make and model is cause he “can’t just pull them up”. Pay attention to what I just told you maybe? Also “they have nothing to do with the car parts website” great, see ya later

    It's a car graveyard with many badly damaged cars. Many car engines were taken away, and many windshields were broken. Just like seeing many human skeletons, it is awful. I did not find a part for my car in its selling store with cigarette smell.
