Absolutely rude. Asked for a Toyota part and the gentleman I first spoke too didn’t say anything only transferred me to a lady. I wasn’t sure if he put me on hold or not, didn’t even say “please hold so I can transfer you” Then the lady asked me if I I wanted aluminum or steel and I asked for aluminum and she said we don’t have any, I then said steel and she said we don’t have any of those either.. my thought was THEN WHY ASK ALUMINUM OR STEEL?? I was dumbfounded. She clearly didn’t want to do her job or doesn’t know how to do her job, or even look to help me. If your job is to deal with customers, maybe learn customer service first. Do not recommend this place look elsewhere. The fact that this lady is still trying to justify her incompetence here after I post this is clearly why they have such a bad rating. Instead of attacking back learn to be better as a whole.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THESE PEOPLE. I know they do a no return policy, but the tire I got looked perfectly fine and I was happy with my purchase. Until I got to the tire shop to get them put on and the guy called me to the back and showed me the side wall had a little leak.!!! Man the way I eagerly watched the hole release air and just the thought about how they scammed me and used their return policy against me just boiled my blood. I will no longer support or recommend this business.

Very helpful family-owned salvage yard. My older car was in an auto accident that was sitting at the city tow yard. The offered me $600 and paid the towing fees at the city lot. I actually made money off the deal when I thought it was a lost cause. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of selling a salvage car or needing used car parts.
