When I went there on there on weekend there was one customer in front of me. It took at least an entire hour to unload my aluminum siding. The attendent was ridiculously slow. What a waste of time. Then they made an error on my scrap metal. When I pointed it out to the lady clerk she gave me an additional .15 cent per pound for extruded aluminum which she missed on the original order. She paid for tin. Unfortunately I didn't pick that mistake the second time. This isn't the first time this happened to me at GAW. If you want to get shafted go to GAW. If you want to get a fair value I recommend you to go to other scrap dealers in London. It's worth the drive.

I was off road in the ditch and had one of the most thoughtful drivers stop to ask if I needed a tow. Before I knew it he was getting his equipment out of the truck to lend a helping hand. Thank you so much to the kind gentleman for making my day even when I had the worst start to it.20+ stars for this company!!!

Went two hours before designated closing time, gates are locked, nobody is awnsering the phone. This forces me to go another 30 minutes out of my way.
