    I highly recommend you don't shop with this company. They lie. They will curse you out and hang up on their customers.. I paid 2100 for an engine that was not efficient. I called within warranty and have been waiting for months for my money back or a new engine. I have text messages pictures and voice recordings of the lies they told me. I now have a lawsuit in order. Worst money I've ever spent. Don't believe these scammers. I've been more than patient!!

    Don’t come here, they lied to me. I called and I asked what time they were open to and I was told Noon. I drove 45 minutes and pulled up at 11:35am and they decided to close early. I called an hour ago and I was told noon. I wasted time and gas to get there then have to lug a used transmission all the way home. Not how you do business. After I called them 3 times because I saw someone inside the location, the guy didn’t care what I said and hung up on me. How do you do business like this?

    Worst customer service experience ever. I called yesterday about a part, and the person I spoke with took my info, said they’d check availability, and call me back. No surprise—they never called back. I called again this morning, spoke to someone else who confirmed they had the part and told me to come pick it up at 10:30. You guessed it—when my employee arrived, they said they didn’t have the part. I called them back, and now they’re saying, “Pay now, and we’ll have the part ready for pickup in two days.” This isn’t even the first time. The first time I dealt with them, I called ahead to confirm they had a part in stock. They said yes, so we went to pick it up. After we paid, they suddenly told us the part would be ready in an hour. My guy had to sit around and wait. If you actually need to get work done, avoid them.

    Joe and Bill were great and helped me find a part I needed fast. I definitely will be back. Their team was very helpful! It was a great price too.

    Do not call GLOBAL RECYCLING if you're not escorting the tow service for payment on a junked car to their location. " We don't see the paperwork, we need your VIN number, we don't know who told the vehicle, as soon as I find a VIN number I'll call you back, which didn't happen for 15 work days. Can I call them back and they say oh we still haven't found it. Don't ask to speak to the manager because he's never available. All this for $250. Shysters!! This is a revision. The manager got back to me quickly, and professionally. Apologize for the delay profusely. And even delivered my money to me. Hence I retract my statements and giving them a five-star rating for following up a customer's concerns. A five-star rating for the professionalism.

    Shops beware!!! This place has terrible service. Don’t believe the delivery times they give you it’s not true unless “you are buying a transmission or an engine” those were the exact words I was just told but this place. We ordered a part for next day delivery and when I called for delivery time they told me it was now three day delivery I simply asked why did you tell me tomorrow and his exact response was “did you order a transmission or engine?” I said no I didn’t but YOU told me it would be here tomorrow. He said oh well. I said all customers aren’t treated the same unless they buy an engine or transmission!!??? He said no!! What kind of customer service is that??? In 35 years of owning a shop I have never once heard this from anyone we buy parts from. You should be ashamed talking that way to a business. I will be letting every shop in my area know they way they spoke to me. Thank goodness our calls are recorded because this call was unbelievable. Never will we deal with this company again and I will make sure everyone knows how badly we were treated. Do not order from these guys you will be disappointed and also let me throw out there that this has happened before so shame on us for even considering buying from here again. Don’t do it!!!!!! Response to owner. Respectfully sir I’ve owned this shop for 30+ years. I didn’t misunderstand anything. Your sales rep spoke to me exactly word for word how I wrote it. As for next day delivery that’s what I was told. Please dont try to say there was a miscommunication. It was plain and clear and in English. And our calls are monitored and recorded. I do not want to rectify this situation I want to warn others so they dont have to disappoint their customers the way we had to today. Maybe a bit of customer service training would be the correct response here. There was ABSOLUTELY no misunderstanding.

    Absolutely the best place to find any part for any need for any car. The owner is always so helpful knowledgeable and always willing to get you the best price. No other place that I would ever go. Definite five stars across the board.

    Very quick service i spoke to a gentleman at the front and he very quickly and easily found me the radio i needed and pulled it out and gave it to me within 20 minutes for a very fair price so thankful they were willing to help after going to many other places with no luck !! will be coming back for sure!!

    Bought an engine only to be later told I didn't pay taxes on? Reputable auto service(Shelby's) said oil pan had hole, two misfires, etc. Drove 250 miles to exchange just to be denied without core-which should have been due upon initial delivery. Had to double back just for their choice of a gunk-filled replacement with damaged valve cover and more. Poor parts. Poor customer service. Absolute junk! Do not patronize. Manager Joe said attached photos were of a Remanufactured

    I paid for the spare part on Friday and picked it up the following Thursday, but I didn't have time to remove it from the car. The spare part is broken, they won't refund the money, I've been waiting a week to exchange it for another one (they say they'll call me back in half an hour, I'm waiting for an answer, they don't call me back) Never buy anything there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Had to warranty an engine as the first one was burning oil almost as bad as the one I was originally replacing. Joe was wonderful through the process and there was no hitch in getting a replacement and returning the engine. Not burning oil anymore! Only thing you guys get 4 stars for instead of 5 is the co-worker dynamic. Every time I've called or been there it seems like I'm walking into a house of a dysfunctional family. Everyone yelling at each other, always feel like I'm about to witness a worldstar moment. Entertaining in its own way I suppose but kind of off-putting.

    First you calling them and they say oh we will check for you at 30 minutes. After you calling they just turn off a phone 3 times. You calling again and they say sorry we can’t going outside for check, we have that door or not. I’m so disappointed and pissed off . It’s so disrespectful and I’m not recommending for no one .

    If I have the chance to give no stars to this business they are discussing people I paid for a part that they said they have I paid it and never got the Part I call the next week and the part is broken so I get credit for parts I don’t need.

    I called the recycling & repair shop & spoke to Joe. Me not knowing much about cars or the part I needed Joe was so helpful & patient with me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for parts. Joe was very knowledgeable and very kind. I give the 5 out of 5 stars!!

    The worst service don’t recommend to go there they sell bad engines they don’t even give you any warranty I got a motor from them and it was bad and they didn’t give me any warranty and every time I called them and gave them proof that they sold me a bad motor they avoid me and never took care of it so don’t go there

    GREAT PRICES, QUALITY PARTS! This is definitely the place to get all your car part repair needs! Especially if you can deal with the epicene behavior when trying to get simple customer service. They love to raise their voices, try to overtalk you oh and their speciality is hanging up the phone after screaming. Encapable of answering simple customer service questions.

    Just bad and rude services totally disappointed. I am never going there again and don't recommend it at all, the guy try to sell me 2 screws for $5 I asked for more info about the screws just denied me. I went to the junk yard around the corner and totally see the difference, they gave me 4 free screws! It just didn't work out at all NEVER going there and I don't recommend it.

    Picked up a 1jzgte from them last year and was a good motor. Yesterday I picked up a sohc Saturn motor and found that the motor is rusted inside from sitting OUTSIDE. It’s not just surface rust. It’s deep on the cam lobes. I called and tried to work with them, I really didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews and wanted to continue to do business with them. I got the run around. I got ripped off. I was willing to work with them. They just want their quick buck. The warranty doesn’t mean anything. I asked for a different head and they “don’t have any”.

    Bought a Transmission for a 2006 GMC Sierra that came with only reverse and no forward gears. Due to timeframe had to order the part locally and get installed for the customer. When I tried to return the transmission the guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly recommend doing business somewhere else if you can.
