Picked up a 1jzgte from them last year and was a good motor. Yesterday I picked up a sohc Saturn motor and found that the motor is rusted inside from sitting OUTSIDE. It’s not just surface rust. It’s deep on the cam lobes. I called and tried to work with them, I really didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews and wanted to continue to do business with them. I got the run around. I got ripped off. I was willing to work with them. They just want their quick buck. The warranty doesn’t mean anything. I asked for a different head and they “don’t have any”.

Stright up THIEF! Told they will pay to buy my old wheels. I drove 30 mins there and dropped off the wheels. It's not until they took away my wheels they told me " we don't buy wheels" and refuse to give the wheels back.

Really bad experience engine full of oil were the ignition coils are. I have to do the timing chains after I installed the engine because a lot of noice come out of the front cover which is weird on a engine with “96k miles”. Also engine has leaks everywhere, when I call the sales man he said the oil on the coils is normal because they turn the cars over in order to remove power train. Water pump is driven by timing chain and was leaking too. At the end I spend more money fixing their motor than mine customers original one. And in top of that they don’t pick the cores up and they have really bad customer service I have this issue with them couple of times but certainly this is the las time it’s going to happen Do not buy with them

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Had a bad feeling about them from the beginning, should have listened to my gut. Instead I bought an engine from them. Had it shipped here and saw that it had very clearly been tossed around. Everything attached to the block/head was broken, down to the valve cover and crank pulley. It had been tipped on it's face at least, thermostat was snapped off and front 2 cylinders were full of oil. Would not have been able to turn over if I hadn't checked. Dirt and mud was packed everywhere. I installed the engine only to find out that it knocked pretty bad, they would have had to have been aware of it if they inspected their inventory before selling it. They had also lied about the miles. Was supposed to be 94k, was actually 150k. Should have paid attention to the other reviewer saying the same thing. I called several times and every time I have gotten the run around. At no point has anyone done anything to resolve the situation. They keep passing me off to someone else who says they'll look into it and call me back but they never do. I've been patient, this has been going on for a few weeks now. I will update this review if the company resolves the situation, and will post pictures soon if they don't.

Saw one of their white pick up trucks driving north on the freeway just south of the Rosecrans exit. To say they were driving erratically would be an understatement. They were swerving from the from left lane all the way to the right. I understand wanting to get around people, but that’s not the way to do it. Thankfully I was watching this happen from behind but I feel bad for all of the people that were given a fright due to this person’s chaotic driving. If their driving skills are any representation on how they conduct business then I would avoid them at all costs.For the record, this was on Wednesday April 13th around 2pm.Edited to add, I read through some of their replies to people’s reviews and yikes…. It’s clear unprofessionalism is their norm.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACEWe are a professional mechanic shop and we bought an engine from this place to mount on to a client's car.The engine came with a warranty and a few days before the warranty was over, our client came to us complaining about how the car runs.TURNS OUT THE HEADS ON THE ENGINE WERE DAMAGED.At first the guy helping me tried to fool me and told me we didn't have a warranty but after some arguing he admitted that there were a few days left on the warranty so we scheduled a day for the pick up and exchange of the engine.It has been about two months now and we never received the new engine.This is a total rip off and caused us thousands of dollars to buy another engine from someone else.They will not renew the warranty on the exchanged part and will only give you credit when you ask for a refund.Our certified mechanics do not trust this place.Don't waste your money here.
