Called a few weeks ago. We made a deal. They were supposed to pick up the car the next day at around 5pm. I called them that day at 4pm to confirm pick up at 5pm. The person on the phone confirmed. Well they never showed up, or even called to let me know if they were coming or not. Next day I received a call in the morning if I wanted them to come get the car, no thank you. They offered $300 but I sold the car for $600 in Facebook marketplace.

Called a day ago to get information on how to sign over title. Girl over the phone gave me completely wrong information did not bother to call back to let me know until morning I wanted to schedule pickup and did not apologize for the confusion and told me to call other junkyards when I expressed that I did not call around because I was given wrong information all she said was “okay”. TERRIBLE customer service.

Called about having 2 junk cars removed from my property. I'll be as transparent as possible. One with a title and no motor One with out a title. Told them I'd give them the cars for free. They told me I'd have to PAY to have them removed. Greed at its best. any other junk yard should and would pay you for them because they scrap them and make money. In the name of the company is AUTO RECYCLING! THEY ARE MAKING MONEY ON JUNK. Sounds like the owner or boss is trying to double dip. Call other places before calling them as a last resort.
