I called the day before and Jon gave me a price over the phone (very reasonable!) , scheduled our pick up for the next morning, then called when he was on his way. I had a really great experience with these guys. I had a very large job for them as we moved out of state and had a house to empty. They went above and beyond, not only removing our junk, but helping pack a uhaul container as well. They were very flexible with time. They did a great job. Everything arrived at our new place 100% unharmed. John was very quick to help me remove two twin mattresses. I called him earlier today just for a quote and to hopefully schedule sometime next week, as I know weekends and anything last minute might not always work.
