Called to ask about parts for my Si, the guy yelled WE'RE CLOSED and hung up. So why pick up the phone then? Worst customer service. Definitely will go somewhere else. According to his responses on all previous reviews everyone is "wasting his time." You're in the wrong business bud.

Literally got yelled at and hung up on for asking if they have a transmission for my car and how much they were asking. First and last time calling these people.**Update to response** Asking for a price on a 6 speed manual transmission for a 08 Acura TL. Also if you had any knowledge about a manual transmission, I would love to see where this solenoid you are talking about is located. Your lies just make you look that much worse, Good luck with lying.

Well I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, the guy who picks up the phone call is an actual doorknob, grunts instead of hello and just hangs up... must be real fun at parties.....

never buy parts from this rude arrogant people they send wrong parts send back the wrong one. they block my phone number my refund no intention to return crooks

Agree with people who criticize this business. Very rude, hung up on me several times. Promised to call back to let me know if they have the parts. Never did. I would give negative 5 star for this business if was available

I call and ask if they have anything for a 2009 Dodge Caliber. Guy responded with "we don't have American car" Then hangs up on me as I had 3 Japanese cars I needed parts for. Wouldn't answer as I tried calling back twice..
