He was very professional , he showed up on time . I have taken a look at the comments here n i can see the frustration n get it but i think in the wrecking business things will jst come up or take longer then expected so i.think ur best bet would b to say hey call me when ur 10 min away or something like that cuz it sounds like thats the main issue ppl are having n i get time is Money in both parties eyes so jst think ahead of what can make this the best outcome.. . Best of luck , n jst remember to put ur self in the others shoes doing everything on ur own is never easy n getting older dosent help im sure .Service: Vehicle purchasing

Initially experienced similar to other reviewers, but after speaking to the owner, my concerns were addressed and the vehicle was immediately removed. He even threw in extra for my snows! Give him a call - I know i will next time for sure!

Needed a car gone ..was told it was too cold to pick up ,so we agreed on pick for the following day .said he will pick up at 11am ..I called at 11am said he will be 30 mins to an hour ..2 hours later I called and said he will be another 30 mins ...I called " Nicklin auto parts " ..car was gone without an issue .."Nicklin" also paid more for my scrap vehicle .Time is money ,Griffin obviously does not need your money.

Stated he would be here within an hour. 2 hours later still not here with no phone call. Plus when we took the liberty to call him he stated he would be another 1.5 hours.

Don't ever call Rob the owner of Griffin they keep telling you that they are coming to pick up your old car and never show up great business guys poor service I'll be making sure to tell everyone about you guys

Same experience with Rob the owner. Stood us up 3 times, kept claiming he lost the number, got the date confused, etc. Look elsewhere to do your business. No respect for people's time here!
