I have to give Clay and the rest of the front desk people here 5 stars!!! Stand up people and company!!! I called looking for four OEM wheels for winter tire changeover on my 2004 Ram 3500, they said they had them, I paid over the phone and drove over an hour and a half from everett to Bellingham to pick them up. I got to their location, was told to back up to the gate and they'd load me up...only then was I told that they only had three wheels.....well, I wasn't eased since cold, nasty weather is supposed to arrive Christmas weekend....after a lot of people hunting and pecking for a set of four 17" wheels they found some higher priced aluminum wheels and told me they'd give them to me for what i paid for the OEM wheels!!!! Definitely caught me off guard and made an impression on me. It's out of the way to come here but they're top notch people!!! Thanks everyone!!!!

Understand that this is a business like any other, also getting hit with 15% inflation.Prices reflect the desire to pay their employees. Parts come in promptly and the guys and gals in the yard take care of you. (Even if you show up in a rental minivan to haul parts)Will be back!

I needed a set of used headlights, $130 per assembly paid ahead of time without seeing them. I found multiple new one online for $150. In what world would someone pay $130 for used product from a salvaged vehicle without seeing them? I told the guy on the phone They cost $150 online and he instantly hung up, not willing to listen or discuss it all, just give me your money or get out. You are a salvage yard, act like it.Service: Part finding & extracting
