Never ever seen such a robbers in canada, i went to buy a transmission, but gave me a broken transmission and when i get back to returned it they started abusing me, then i also gave them a same abusing reply infront of their shop. They think that they are the only mechanic in canada who knows everthing, but in reality they are robbers. I request peeople donot go to buy any thing from them as they have only garbage which they sell to their customers and they donot take it back. I lost $600 after buying a broken transmission.

I went there looking for a new rim for my minivan. I had taken the rim to two other places to get repaired because I kept losing air. After speaking and showing them the rim they said the rim looks fine and just needs to be sealed. They showed me pics of how well the cleaned and sealed the rim. They could have easily oversold me on a new rim. The tire is holding air. I found this guy's to be straight forward and honest. Thanks for fixing my tire.

I would not give even one star to this junk yard but I had to Bcz no option. They provide worst service . I bought partition ( divider ) wall for my van they just gave me peace of junk and charged me 200 dollars. First of all they didn’t allow me to see the part and said I had to deposit the price first. Once they charged me on my visa the second day they give me junk which doesn’t fit onto my van. I would not recommend this place to buy anything .

I have used their services on e different occasions, and Steve had always helped me.First for my mdx seat replacement, they even found the exact same color, then four a AC compressor and recently for a control arm.Very quick service and reasonably priced, in fact some of the brand new parts are cheaper than online sale, and they'll have it for you, next day.I really don't know why they get so many bad reviews. Apart from my 3 purchases, I have gone in so many times, for general car related enquiries, and never were they rude to me.These guys are just honest, straight to the point, no BS guys. They don't sweet talk, it ain't a steakhouse.Go in, ask what you need, be nice about it, and they'll treat you well.Thanks for all the help Steve. I will always recommend you guys, to all of my friends.

I'm unsure why the other reviews are so negative, as I have bought parts from plenty of times, and have been very satisfied. I've also recommended them to friends and they have also said that they liked the service. Recently, I needed help finding a radio out of a Ford Ranger to put in my Ford Crown Victoria, and one of the guys there was very helpful, and even confirmed with me that the part would fit and function properly. Also, the prices are very fair, too.EDIT,: Yet another excellent experience! They found me a brand new rim for my Dodge Journey for a very good price! I'm satisfied again!

We brought in good used rims that unfortunately didn't fit my car and they never compensated us for them on the receipt. We received, after much trouble, old, rusty rims and as we later found out, one bent rim. The car was shimmying at high speeds so we took into a garage to get the wheels balanced only to find out that the driver-side front rim was bent and couldn't be balanced. Plus the tires had been over-filled with 50 lbs. air pressure when the tire manufacturer recommends never over 40 lbs. and this was during very hot weather. They refused to listen to a licensed mechanic from a reputable, nationwide automotive company. They couldn't look after us on the day of our complaint insisting we would have to come in and have them check it the next day and pay for a new rim; but if they didn't notice it when they initially sold and installed them, how could they see it now and why should I pay for a new rim? Now after reading other bad reports here I feel I will not get any satisfaction from these people. Don't waste your money. Stay away!

First class A holes.I showed them the part I wanted I brought it in for them to see so there would be no mix up.I told them the year model and make of my van.When I went 3 days later I could plainly see it was the wrong part. This inbread with anger and self esteem issues starts yelling and saying it's my fault. He already had my money and refused to give it back. I said I WILL take the part and we can settle this in small claims court. At that point he refused to give the part or the money. I called the police while still in the store. It became clear that the police have delt with them before. At this point he said he would get the right part. After a few visits and several calls and a clear threat of small claims court I finally got the part.

In this business you get what you pay for ... and you get what you give these guys go their with a bad attitude they will give it right back.. just like any human .. quilty work done by these guys honest and reliable services they provide. I read a lot of negative just thought I'd leave some positive vibes. You get what you give .. thanks for everything guys Bruce
