Got stuck in the snow heading out to the Narrows up at Strawberry to do some ice fishing. Doug was really helpful and got one of his guys, Scott, to come and get us out. My vehicle and my friends got stuck deep in some snow at Strawberry Reservoir, we definitely were not prepared to get stuck and none of our tricks worked to get us un-stuck, just some girls trying to go ice fishin! Well I had to get a vehicle out of impound the price wasn't the best for only being there one day but it wasn't the worst I've encountered either. I am certain that no one is ever happy when this happens to them considering that fact aside, they answered their phone number provided and came quickly to take my card payment and release my vehicle. Upon releasing my vehicle I noticed that the battery was dead and the man working there was nice enough to get his jumper pack out of the tow truck and help me get my vehicle started. I'm giving this 5 star rating based on a few factors response time after calling being fast, how friendly the encounter went, and the price point which I believe was around $200. Not letting my happiness over my car being impounded affect my review obviously it wouldn't be fair to the business in my opinion. Our G wagon was really stuck. Doug came to our rescue and immediately knew what to do. He is a true professional and his service was excellent and as quick as possible. I love Doug I don’t know what we would have done without him!

Long story short, what started out as a joy ride in the Uintas quickly turned into a 12 hour nightmare. I hit *just* the right spot and high centered on a large chunk of ice that was buried in the snow with my 4 runner - I officially waved the white flag after 5 hours of digging out and 2 other vehicles attempting to get me out. I left it over night and called Doug at 630 the next morning. He promptly answered with a cheerful voice and walked me through what we needed to do. I explained the general spot where I was and he knew EXACTLY where to go. This is why I called the local guys vs. the insurance company who would have probably dispatched someone from SLC who wouldn't have the experience in the backcountry. We went out of his way and picked me up from my home in Kamas. He was very friendly and we had a good chat and told me stories about worse recoveries he had done (making me feel better about my mishap!) We got to the site and it literally took him 2 minutes to hook up the winch and get me back on the road. In times of desperation and stress, having someone who is knowledgable and more importantly, kind makes the WORLD of a difference in those situations. Thank you Doug!Service: Car towing

Needed a tow after an issue cropped up with the car while we pretty far from home. Called AAA and they dispatched Heber Valley Towing. Roy picked us up and towed us home (about 50 miles!). Probably the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had— professional and an all around good guy. Went from an awful day to a smile. Thanks again Roy!

After a long day I made the mistake of locking my keys in my car. I was frustrated and needed a quick solution and called Heber Valley towing. The dispatcher was very helpful and friendly on the phone. They gave me a rough estimate of when I could expect the truck to arrive. The truck found me with no problems and arrived faster than I expected.The tow truck driver, Will, was very polite and friendly. Opening the car door proved to be a little more tricky than anticipated, but Will was creative and found a way to get the door unlocked.I appreciated the fast response, the professional etiquette and experienced driver who helped unlock my car to get my keys. I highly recommend Heber Valley towing.
