The best Customer Service, you walk in and are not bombarded by associates. They acknowledge u, ask if u need assistance. Had to exchange some items, easiest simple policy, love it!!! The best Auto Zone around!!! To the staff, y'all are Rock Stars!

These guys are awesome! My alternator recently went out on a trip from Oregon to Colorado. They were able to have a replacement within a few hours. Hunter spent several hours (even after the store closed) helping swap the pulley from the old to the new and followed up later to ensure that we were back on the road. Their help was greatly appreciated!

They would be good if they communicated and followed through. I order parts regularly from them and I have to track the parts down. When they don't follow through and let people know that there parts are not available at the times that they promise they act like the customer is in the wrong and give attitude. I run a automotive repair shop and I am expected to deliver when I say. Then they don't deliver and don't really care or offer any kind of customer service or satisfaction. Step up your game and take care of your customer. Business is business and you take care of your customers. After all customers pay your paychecks. I purchase 2k to 5k of parts a week and autozone in heber does the best at delivering when they say they are going to deliver. Great job at pushing business out of your door. 8am is 8am not 230pm or days later. Follow through and do your job and get people who know what they are doing and take care of there customers. Not give the customers attitude because you don't get there parts when you promise to deliver.

I needed a new battery for my Jeep. And I called them up and they had the battery and they actually said they would drive to my house. And put it in my vehicle. . The guy shows up and it's the wrong battery. So he goes back gets the right battery and comes back to my house and installs it for me. That's What I Call excellent customer service and at the cheapest price too.!

The guys and gals that work at Napa Auto Parts are great. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always seem to have just the part you need at a good price. Everybody seems to know everyone. That's the beauty of living in a small town. Gotta love it!

This Autopart store gives the best service around!! They have great parts, a great inventory, and the have the knowledge to get you the right parts the 1st time. I am pretty new to Heber City and once I found Wasatch Auto Parts I haven't bought my truck parts anywhere else.
