Excellent place for parts that you don't want to pay big money for. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, a a great $15 tire selection. Worth checking out next time you need something for the vehicle.

Great customer service but pricey for parts

Called for a part I found off a part finder. Got put on hold three times before I got help. When I did get help the guy went what do you want. I told him I need a part for a 2012 Kia Optima hybrid that I found online. But it’s going to be from a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I told him I had the stock number if he needed it. He told me “ you are going about this backwards. Just tell me what you are working on this would be a whole lot god damn easier.” Not professional at all. If you don’t know how to navigate the system or don’t like dealing with people you should probably stay off the phones.

Called for a quote they were very rude disrespectful kept cutting me off and didn’t let me speak recommend somewhere else that knows the understanding of customer service

Knowledgeable staff, they do take th time to call you back, an if they don't have it, they will get it

These folks know their stuff. Really helpful and detailed. Very fair priced and they seem to have a QA process. If what they have doesn't pass muster, ask them, they'll tell you.They have national distribution and seem to be managed very well.

I feel bad writing a negative review because it might impact the rating of the business, but I think the sales representative have a poor customer service skills, hee was very impatient. I think it will be a good idea if a business treat to new costumers better.

Called for a quote for a engine and Laura took all my information and what accessories that I wanted for the engine. Then she went to check and get me pictures of what was in stock. Great experience very polite. I am just starting a rebuild of an old car and checking on prices but when I am ready to purchase I will definitely check back with these guys.

Great service, very helpful. I called to see if they had a replacement seat for a 2003 1/2 ton truck and confirmed over the phone that they had one in stock. I had been to a few other wreckers, all thought they had something in stock but they were either non compliant or ripped. The product was in good shape but was dirty and had some grease marks. They recommended cleaning the seat with Spray nine and it cleaned the dirt off as well all grease marks off. The seat looks great now.

This is a very efficiently run business that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and quality used parts. The establishment is very clean and organized. Any parts I have purchased have been tested and are in the condition that the sales associates have appraised me of.If they don't have it in stock they will try hard to source it out from another yard or supplier.Highly recommend !
