This was my second visit to this garage...first time was not the same people....you guys gave excellent service and with no appointment!!!!!.... I was in-out in twenty five minutes....with a new...(newer) tire, courteous professional and efficient repair....and so far...no leaks!!!!!... Thanx...and in the words of a certain Terminator.. " I'll be back"

They misinform you about what is wrong with your car. You keep spending money for no work done as they never fix the issue. They never make the right diagnoses which is very bad and makes you spend more. Please improve your service as every thing is not about money as customer satisfaction gives your more than money.

As always, I received great service from them. I just had to have 2 new tires mounted and balanced, and they got me in and out within a half hour with no appointment. I always try to take my car to those guys anytime I need tires mounted/balanced. Highly recommend to anyone who needs tires done!!! Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent customer service! I recommended this place to my family and friends and we always had an excellent experience. The service provided always exceeds my expectations and they go out of their way to please their customers. I always purchase my tires from here and their tires are the best quality and lowest price in the city (I did an exhaustive search). I also install my tires here and one time I did not have an appointment but they were very friendly and made the time to install my tires even though they were very busy. I noticed that they do their best to ensure that each of their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone, you are guaranteed professional and friendly customer service!

I got a great deal on a set of winter tires here. I went to pay and book an appointment for installation and they asked if I wanted to have them installed right away.The service was prompt and friendly and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Brought my car in for 4 tires was told 1st come 1st serve, was in their lot after 10am when they opened.... was told 2-3 hrs it’s not 530pm and my car is still not done. Plus the tires were more expensive then advertised. Not a good experience at all. Add this to places to NEVER go again! Not impressed at all!

Terrible service. After damaging a rim and tire in a pothole I purchased a tire and rim for 60$. I returned cause the tire kept losing air. So they changed the rim but installed the same tire. Went back a third time (missing work again) cause still losing air and still shaking in my steering wheel and they accuse me of hitting another pot hole, which is false (but I must be a liar). And they charged me another 20$ (special price for me) to bang the same rim with a mallet.

I had my brand new winter tires installed here after purchasing them from a partner of theirs, who uses them as an installer. My appointment (made by the partner I bought them from) was at 11AM, and I did not leave their shop until 1:45. 2hrs and 45 minutes to install a set of tires. I was told numerous times by the lady there, that they were having a hard time because they were big tires/rims (18 inches) as she chuckled a bit. I wasn't in a rush, no worries.Eventually, they were installed and I left. 3 weeks later I was forced to return as every single one of my tires was flat due to a slow leak. I took the afternoon off work, waited 2 hours (no discredit to them here - this time that made sense, I didn't have any appointment) to have the simple job done for a second time, and the lady (same one from the last time) first told me that it had happened because the rims hadn't been cleaned before the new tires were applied, but don't worry she wouldn't charge me and they'd do it for me, and it normally costs $20 (I'd hope they wouldn't charge me, I'm back a second time because of their initial shoddy work). So anyway, I sit down and wait the two hours in their unheated waiting room , and once the vehicle is finally done the mechanic tells me the car is ready and walks me out, and tells me as he walks me out "I'm not sure how he missed it, but the last mechanic didn't put any sealant glue on, you always need to use that for Aluminum rims." - admitting to me first that what the lady had told me first wasn't correct, or wasn't the full truth of the story and secondly, that they had messed up. GUESS WHAT? IT'S NOW ANOTHER 2.5 WEEKS LATER AND TWO TIRES ARE SLOW LEAKING. So now I have to go and take my car elsewhere and have them reinstalled by professionals, pay more to have it done again.The whole experience outside of the actual work that was done, was also just generally pretty weird and offputting. The lady who works the tires section and the lady who works the parts desk were constantly yelling and bickering back and forth at eachother in front of a room full of customers. It was pretty awkward and seemed a bit heated at times. I'm sure they're excellent for getting used parts, but I would never recommend taking your vehicle to have work done here. If they are not able to properly install a set of winter tires on two separate occasions, I'd be terrified to hear what they might do to a job of real complexity.
