Went to this place for some parts for my pickup and a friends pickup truck, pulled a clockspring off of a different truck because I didn't want an electrical part that was in a truck exposed to the elements for god knows how long, maybe next time tell your customers not to pull a steering column or any other parts apart that you'll make them pay extra for first before making a huge deal about it and charging them for the whole column. I did not appreciate you ranting to my friend either about it the whole time he was paying. We will not ever be returning and doing business here ever again nor will I recommend this to anyone

I bought a rim for my daughters car and the tag was marked 17" rim. I drove 65 miles one way to get the rims swapped only to find out it wasn't a 17" rim but rather a 16" rim. Hutch auto and truck exchanged the wrong rim with the correct rim but I ended up spending more than what I paid for the rim in the first place in extra mounting fees along with having to drive 130 extra miles to complete the switch.

The timeline for our interaction with Hutch Auto Parts goes like this: Tuesday of last week we ordered our part. It needed to be removed from the car it was on and was slated to arrive Thursday or Friday. Fast forward to Monday, I call Hutch Auto Parts asking about the part. I am told that it is here at our shop and that we have signed for it. The part had not arrived, they couldn't give me tracking information or tell me WHO signed for it. Eventually they gave us a tracking number and told us the part would arrive 'today' (Monday)- and that it was on the truck to us. I waited til later in the afternoon and finally tried the tracking number that I was given and it was a dead end, it did not resolve to any active shipments delivered, pending, en route, nothing. When we called back to ask about this they became irate with our staff on the phone. No part ever came and the staff there was never able to provide any reasonable evidence that they ever sent the part other than saying "we sent it". No email receipt, no tracking number, nothing. Update: We were refunded after opening a dispute with our credit card company. No follow up from Hutch Auto Parts.

Have not had a bad experience there. Larry does a fantastic job in getting the right part. Very knowledgeable and he will be missed if he ever retires..

I ordered an engine for my 2006 Caddy DTS. Price was the best you could ask for, and when i took the valve covers off and timing cover to replace timing components, I was amazed at how clean internally it was. Not to be mistaken engine ran perfectly. I did this since I already had the kit. To make a long story short, I will definitely do business here again. Thanks.

Larry is an abrasive and arrogant character. After I returned from my second trip there (because, second chances right?) I can tell you I will never set foot in that place again. He should not be the face of a business offering customer service. He “knew” I didn’t know what I was talking about from the beginning, refused my truth, told me he’s the one that deals in facts not fiction, and made me get a more respectable male voice on the phone to repeat what I just told him. I’d suggest R and R in Litchfield for salvaged parts in the area!!

At the time I was there they were terribly busy. But they were very friendly. The older man was funny even though he was a bit politically incorrect and used some colorful words. Even though they were busy they took care of everybody.

Terrible customer service. Use caution as they don't salt driveway in winter and it creates hazardous driving conditions. Tried mentioning it to worker and he said you just need to accelarate rapidly up driveway and try to avoid hitting traffic merging onto highway. Also very inconsistent when calling about parts. I was doing repairs in a buddies garage and we literally called same day about same part and we were both given different prices! Went here a few times and gave them a couple chances but do yourself a favor and drive to a better salvage yard that cares about its customers.

Buyer BEWARE!! Found these guys through car parts.com app. They were the closest to me that had the part I needed. I needed a rear hub for a mercedes sprinter. Dealer wants almost $700! Purchased from hutch for $100 and $40 shipping....not bad. Box arrived and I opened it to find the MOST rusted part I have seen in a long time! The sealed bearing is soo rusted it is locked up! Now, if I press the hub out of my old one it will damage the bearing, the bearing is not sold anywhere by itself. Only with a hub and bearing assembly.. Talked with Aaron at hutch and told him this, said hw would call back and didn't. I called back and talked to Aaron again, he said he would see if he can find one and call me back the next day.....he didn't! 2 days later I called him and he said he talked to the owner and they don't warranty the bearing....only the hub...if it was cracked! Now I own a $140 rusted paper weight! This part shouldn't have even been sold....is should have been scrapped! These people shouldn't be in business doing stuff like this! Watch out!!

Mixed up on a headlight, said they had a passenger but it was a driver - but everything else they said they had over the phone they did, and all at a very reasonable price. Very helpful in guiding me to other places to get the other parts I needed as well, even took me out back to look for a couple things. Would buy from here again.

Knowledgeable people selling car/truck parts you need if you don't have a car payment anymore. 😁. If they say they have it, they do. No wild goose chases through the yard for parts they say are there and they are not. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

First they lost my contact info for a fender I bough . Then a few days later i call we straighten that out and now shipping was delayed because this places shipping. Now I call back after they told me it would be at my shop today, he tells me tomorrow morning. Last time my body shop will have anything to do with hutch auto. Took a whole week to get a fender that was less that 100 miles away. What a joke

Found these guys on car-part.com, they showed inventory on a part listed for $40, called to confirm they had part. They did but said it was more then the published price, they said that the published price was a "wholesale" price. I call BS. That's all bull... I buy parts at dozens of yards from car-part.com not a single one had ever played that price game with me, not once. Bottom line, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
