    I didn't put the part in before the 30 day warranty..90 bucks for a rear wiper motor that lasted a half hour.

    The company is now under new ownership. There is a better selection of vehicles and the lot is easier to navigate. I found what I wanted in a couple of minutes.

    Have received broken parts from them before. Makes it clear that they don't actually check their used stuff. Usually pretty good but be weary. Some of the parts salesmen are snotty on the phone and can be generally unpleasent to deal with.

    Gotta say, am VERY disappointed... Used to use these folks happily for years. Was always service with a smile. I moved away for a few years and have recently returned. Now that I am back I thought I would start ordering my parts through them again. Wow, what a change. Tried to call in an order over the phone and was told off by an employee (better I dont give any names on here...). Best I could say was that my number was "from away". I tried explaining I moved home and was greeted with being called everything under the sun. I couldn't believe it! Absolutely disgusted. Asked to speak to a manager.... Rang and rang till the line hung up. Went in to the store myself. Literally stood in front of the the parts desk for just under twenty minutes and not one person offered to help me. I am saddened by this absolute disgrace of salesmanship or general respect. I WILL NEVER use this company again unless I receive a true apology. Guess we will wait and see...

    Staff are friendly, parts are considerably cheaper than what a dealer quotes them at, even when they are brand new. Used parts are OEM and new parts are high quality.
