My tire blew out on the way to SM and I didn't have a spare. I called him early and he showed up fast. Being female, I have dealt with people who treat me like I'm dumb and have tried to rip me off when it comes to car services. He didn't make me feel like that at all. He was extremely nice and put my mind need at ease. His price was very reasonable and way less than I thought it would be. If I have any problems that need towing ever again, I will be calling him.

I was going to leave them a 5 star review for the great communication up until the day of the tow but that changed. I had scheduled a tow 2 days prior. I need a vehicle towed from San Marcos to Austin and I made arrangements to go into work late. I was told by Tom that they'd be here around 9 am. 9:30 came by so I texted to get an ETA. 10 am roll by and still nothing. So, assuming that they had forgotten about our appointment and their communication had been great days before, I called another tow truck company and sent a text cancelling the tow. This was around 10:20 am when they arrived, read my text, turned around and took off. I immediately called Tom and he said that he received my cancellation and told his driver to take off. No apology for being late or for the inconvenience. I told him that, that didn't make sense and that I could call the other tow company to cancel. He then replied by saying in a firm voice, "You want the tow or not?!" I was at a loss for words and then he hung up.
