Austin Imports, 10/10. Vlad is an expert mechanic and the most polite, professional, fair, and honest person. He repaired my Mercedes-Benz’s AC system in less than two days after I dropped it off. He is very communicative and open. He went the extra mile to ensure the more expensive repair wasn’t necessary. I wholeheartedly leave this review in the hopes that other’s see it and put their faith in this gentleman’s work. His honesty and humor was delightful. He took the time to explain my options and he actually did the work to make sure the repair was what was needed, cutting my bill in half. Thank you, Valdi!

I'm a 16 year customer of Austin Imports who drives in from 2 hours away since my move, because I don't trust anyone else with my cars. I just got one of my Audis back, was there to be unwrapped, and he also prepped the car for a repaint with meticulous attention to detail, removing the bumpers and lights and everything. he also replaced the lights and camera to black out the car, added a new custom, steering wheel and shifter knob from BFI, door locks refurbished, repaired the skid plate, removed some trackers, fixed a whole bunch of little attention to detail things with the car, and did a resonator delete to make the car sound better. Vlad also just installed Bilstein shocks on my other Audi, deleted the mag ride, fixed all the trim problems, replaced a strut bushing, and oil changes on both cars. Prior to this Vlad helped me build a show car vw golf, that won a few, we called it the blue car but that's another story. Vlad and Austin Imports are the real deal, you can count on him to take care of everything imported from track cars to classics, and daily drivers. One time, I even called him when my clutch went out on 10, and he coached me into getting it to the near by dealer ship. Thank you for 16 years and counting Austin imports.
