Dude that took the cans today and the guy I usually see in the front are pretty cool. Been here randomly though out there years and never felt like I was getting ripped off.

This place is a rip-off!! I brought in over 250 lb of cans and only got paid for 116, they refuse let you see the scale (against policy) and the employees in the back are extremely rude. LED displays are cheap and they could easily afford a second one so that the customer can see, instead they hide it from you and you are simply to 'trust them'. If they're hiding the weight then they are hiding how much they short you, makes me wonder what else do they hide?? Go someplace else, you have been warned.

One the guy that is taking the metal and weighing the middle gets mad and violent at the customer when he makes a mistake. And then Jim the owner goes calls with one saying if 1 says hes not gonna take your items then I'm gonna take them so they turned me away which scrap that I had to turn in the recycle. I find this place very childish the ridiculous below the attitudes the experience the knowledge is not up to par. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy I don't know how their in business still.
