Great people, they will negotiate on prices with you. Had some issue with some parts they had me return money and find me new parts. Most yard guys will not take responsibility and push you off but these guys go above and beyond for you. I really recommend them for parts.

Jasper auto this is place totally ripoff place when i buy my part they said 90 days return policy and when we go return to back and they skin beard guy name moe said there is policy not return money back there is store credit this is totally unacceptable and they gave me half prize ..and we wait for our store credit 40 mins . And chubby guy dont konw even how to operate debit machine.. same on you guys ..

If I was able to give 0 stars I would.I would think twice about going here, I purchased a part for my Jeep, sent an etransfer to hold the part. Less than 24 hours later, we arrived to pick up the purchased item and THEY PARTED items of what I PURCHASED! I even received photos with the item before they parted it out and EVERYTHING WAS THERE. THEN they had the audacity to say I can get the complete part if I paid more money to them. SHADY! I'm also going to report them to the better business bureau for this deceitfulness. Thanks alot, you guys must be so proud on how you run your business. If the owner would like to contact me I would be happy to discuss this further.

Told me a part I ordered would be ready 24 hours ago and is still not ready. When I explained I wasn't to happy as a customer about it he was too sick to just cancel the order. Says I am trying to tell him how to run his business but if you tell a customer a time it would be ready then maybe you could at-least try to be within the time frame not days later. Only polite to you if you follow his way of customer service. I have ordered parts from rodway, eskimo, and kendale since the pandemic and never waited more than the time they told me it would be ready. So no sir I am sorry when you tell me I am unaware of the changes in the used auto parts industry since covid and its not an excuse anymore.

Bought transmission from here, was sold the wrong one, bell housing was different. I could only get 3 bolts on.... when I called, was told the computer said it should fit so it should be good.... tried it anyway, transmission wouldn't move and kept getting codes from the transmission. Tried to return it and was told they would have someone look at it and would get back to me.... well no one got back to me and now I am out the cost and core of the transmission....

Had an interesting experience today calling them...ME: "Hi! Im looking for a used ABS/Wheel speed sensor, City Auto Wreckers said you guys had a Tundra"Sales Rep: "Yeah, we dont sell those, they tend to not come out, they twist, crack, fail, etc."ME: "Oh! Well it is what it is, thanks man have a good day!"I then decided to check the price for the hub and wheel speed sensor, because the sensor is $280.00 CAD.Dials right back and gets the same guyME: "Hey man, I forgot to ask, whats the price on the wheel bearing/knuckle"Dude cuts me off while Im stumbling on a word, and is speaking a mile an hour, telling me again, how he just wont sell me the sensor, that its all sold as a package, taht they wont budge on it, and isnt listening and sounds like he is trying to hang up on meME: "NO DUDE, NOT THE SENSOR, THE PART IT GOES INTO"Sales Rep: "thats kinda rude"This is where I hung up. What part is rude? The part where you are not listening to your customers? The part where I did what you did?Good luck guys! But Im going to other yards :)
