Showed up at the shop first thing when they just opened. Paul took care of my broken alternator and serpentine belt as I was in a rush through I-75. Hard work done in just under 2hr. Incredibly thankful for their help. Glad to provide business to local shop.

Mark is great. He is knowledgeable and helpful. The big box auto stores mostly have kids who know nothing except how to tap on a computer keyboard I drive past several parts stores to go here!

I've had a bad experience here before, where my oil filter was replaced with a dirty one, but my usual oil change place was horribly busy today so I dropped in here. I stood in the empty office for about five or six minutes before deciding to leave. On my way out, one of the mechanics saw me and asked if I needed help. I asked if they had time for an oil change and was told they were too busy. They did look full and the man was polite, so three stars even though I ended up at Walmart automotive.

Local family, very knowledgeable and quite the help. I live down the street and had some major repairs I was doing. Without a vehicle Jennings was closest to me. They have fair prices and even worked with me when I was running out of money for parts, the owner let me borrow a tool out of his personal set to get the job done. Wonderful people, will always reccomend.

Great place!I had a wheel bearing go out on me while traveling between Buffalo and Atlanta, and these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.The price was good, service was excellent and the whole crew there was very helpful and nice. Good people to do business with!If you find yourself in the Borea, Ky area with car troubles, I highly recommend them!

I’ve never written a review, good or bad about a business but I feel compelled to do so about Jennings Auto Parts. The owner didn’t have the part but searched and sent me to another part store to purchase the item. When asked if you would try to put the piece on, so I could get home safely, he said sure. He worked about an hour on my vehicle charging me very little. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

Stopped in off the interstate with broken linkage. Stuck. The owner did everything he could to make the part work. He spent a considerable amount of time working and using his vast experience to engineer a fix. He was AWESOME. He spent over an hour working to get me back on the road home. Then he only charged a very modest amount. MUCH less than I had expected. Cannot recommend Jennings Auto Parts high enough

My wife and son were traveling to Tennessee, mid-afternoon on a Friday when their vehicle broke down just south of Berea. They called me and I found Jennings online, called and talked to Chuck, who said they could get her in - no problem - and provided me with contact info for a towing service.I called the tow service, they got her to Jennings pretty quickly. Chuck and his crew had the part required, had it installed in about 10 minutes, and got them back on the road!Everyone was very kind and friendly, and the work was done quickly and at a very fair price.
