Needed a bumper cover and couldn't find one locally so I contacted Lewis because they were the next closest place that said they had the bumper cover I needed and that it was a "good" bumper but they wanted $50 more than anywhere else so I drove 180 miles from Cave City only to find that the bumper was not "good" it was broken and they knew I was coming from 180 miles away and so I wasted time and gas only to be offered no compensation for my time and fuel I will never purchase parts from this place and would not recommend to anyone.

Called and they said pay today and they'll have the part pulled tomorrow. Called the next day at 1pm they said it would be ready at 3pm. Got there, driving 30 minutes, and hadn't even started pulling yet. 4:30 I got my part. Really disorganized. And price was not as quoted. Part was $45 plus tax, they quoted $47 something and charged my card $53 even. Hummm. Also while there 3 people brought back wrong parts. Nowhere to park. Have to turn 500ft from the garage and park in the road.

I ordered a part got the wrong part and he would not reimburse me he said that I could trade it for something that I didn't need he said he'd call me back he did not do this it's been over a month still looking for that regulator it took him 2 days to find me a switch which is what I did not need but I ordered that that's on me but him giving me the runaround and ignoring my phone calls I do not recommend this place unless you truly know that you need it bad I can wait a week or two to get it not a great place

My father asked me to check out the parts in person that he was looking for as he lives out of state. After driving to Georgetown, none of the parts we had told were there were available. Also, I was informed that employees could be fired for making workers comp claims as I felt unstable walking through their stoned yard. I would not take my business here as the higher ups have no care for their employees.

Called for a price on a rim for my car for my 2017 Cruz on Monday. I was told it be a day or two at the latest because they had to order the rim. Today makes 7 days and at the close of business my rim is still not here. I've missed a week's worth of work. I Uber and that is where my income comes from. My car is my office I chose to go with Freddie Lewis because of reputation from Word of Mouth. However tomorrow will make 8 Days missed of work. I could have went to the dealership and paid $50 more and have it mounted and balanced, and also have it within a day or two for certain. I am extremely upset and definitely unsatisfied. At this point I believe the cost of having my tire removed from the old Rim, put on the new rim and balanced should be covered by Freddy Lewis's buisness at Tire Discounters on Richmond Road in Lexington, because that has been my plan because I am in Lexington and that is the closest place to have it done. If they are as a reputable business as people have told me they are, they will honor this compensation and take care of it tomorrow no questions asked. I'll keep you posted.

Terrible place of business. Went in asking for a multitude of parts, and to look around at their honda civics, looking fo Motors, pulleys, belts, exhaust pipes, Seats, steering wheels, transmissions, etc. The man at the desk rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed and told me they wouldn't sell any of those items. What junk yard doesnt sell parts. Seriously. Would not reccomend going to this place.

Wish I could give it a better rating. The guy running the front of the business is courteous and helpful enough. The salvage crew however are neither of those things. Good help is hard to come by I guess.
