Samantha was very professional and responded quickly. My parents live in Penticton, were down on the coast visiting, and were concerned about their lawn growing out of control. have a small backyard - not a lot of care was given to weeds / trimming around patio stones. Cut Grass was left on lawn and on driveway at times. . Gate was damaged but not reported to me - was compensated once matter raised with owner Steven. Dan and his team went above and beyond. Incredibly courteous and even managed to take the time to "organize" our kids toys around the sandbox!I originally planned to use them while away on vacation (3 weeks) yet realized that I could not do the work they did in the same time.
