This was my first time using item removal service from Junk King. I was very pleased with the two gentlemen who came. I think their names were John and Aaron. I may not have spelled their names correctly. They provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to schedule another appointment with them. Really great experience. They called about 15 minutes beforehand and arrived at the beginning of our 8am—10am window. Both guys were super nice, respectful of our space, and FAST! Moved 2 couches, a mattress, desk, & chair is about half an hour. Very transparent about the cost. We made our appointment the day before and it was confirmed less than 10 minutes after requesting online. Can’t recommend them enough!Services: Furniture removal, House & garage cleanouts

They were fast and efficient, but increased our quoted price by half a load based on 3 porch chairs we needed removed. After we paid, tipped and they left - 2 of the 3 chairs were still in our side yard. I guess one of the people forgot, but it’s Just frustrating. Happy to pay the cost of a convenience service but we paid the increased cost and didn’t have the full job finished. kind of pricey, $150 to have a small washing machine hauled off. Thats about $50 more than i wanted to pay, but they where quick and polite. Got to me same day i called. Very responsive , professional, on time.I had leftover materials from a contractor who flew the coop. Also had lots of yard waste, limbs etc, a fence section and deck boards. Also had satellite dish, old toilet. Texted the company with the number provided on their website in the afternoon and had a crew come out first thing the next morning. Company sent out an awesome 2 man crew who completed the removal and clean up job quickly. Amazingly simple process with 0 hassle and professional service. I will definitely be using these guys again for debris removal.
