Junk King was the single bright light in my Moving Week From Hell. Called on Tuesday morning and talked to a friendly representative, who arranged for junk removal the following morning. It took less them all of an hour and a half to fill up two huge truckloads and ferry them away. I absolutely recommend Junk King. We used their online estimator to help us have an idea of pricing, and booking online was easy and saved us $20. They even offered text messaging for questions before, during, and after booking, and they responded within minutes, which was extremely convenient. They called us within our scheduled window, gave us a time frame of their arrival, and arrived on time. Because we had everything together outside, the pick up was completed within 30 minutes, and they even gave us an extra $30 off for contactless/curbside pick up. Absolutely wonderful!!! They cleared out everything from my garage to my roof. Did it with smiles on their faces (although wearing masks, you could tell in their eyes they were smiling)! These people were amazing and fast!Best service all the way around!AND SO EASY I went line told them I wanted next day service at 9am and boom they were there on time no hassles and no delays. They accidentally knocked over a flower pot with a very expensive Neem Tree. I let them know about the broken tree but that wish time I could nurse it back to health over time but it was a major set back... The tree was $80.00 because I knew it would live I asked them for $60.00 reimbursement for the set back and boom no hassles in twenty minutes I had a PayPal credit, no fuss no hassles, just an we are sorry and you for letting us know.
