Larry, from Auto Cruz Towing, rescued my husband and me. My husband and I had traveled to Santa Cruz to pick up a sports car my husband had purchased on Ebay. The car was sold as running, but it stopped working less than five miles from the seller's house in the middle of a traffic lane! We pushed the car off the road, with the help of a mail man working in the area. When I called AAA to help us to push the car onto a U-Haul car trailer so we could trailer it back to Ventura, they refused to help us. However, they gave us Larry's phone number and I called. After explaining our situation, Larry agreed to come to our location and help to get the car onto the trailer. He arrived within an hour. We could not have done this without help. Larry came alone, but knew others in the place where we were stuck who helped us push the car up the ramp. Larry also helped us secure the car onto the trailer ( a job we had never done before ). What can I say that the rest haven’t already… great communicator, helpful with his words, good memory recall, was comforting during a bummer of situation… and all of the above was still true when he arrived to drop off the car. This is our first time using road side assistance/called a tow… Can’t say enough how great an employee Larry is! We will only call this tow shop forever!Thank you Larry!

I have used Larry Pawlak's services and it was horrible. He took so long to come out. He first acts nice but then lies, manipulates, and takes advantage of you, my disability by making fun of me for his entertainment, then says he will take care of things only to lie and ripped me off totally. I am not even sure he is a licensed, Legal Tow Service. Scarry! DO NOT EVER CALL ON HIM, YOU MIGHT THINK HE IS HELPING YOU ONLY TO LOSE SO MUCH IN THE END TO MAKE IT ALL NOT WORTH IT. He puts on a real good act, but he really is a horrible human being who takes advantage of Disabled People, just cause he can.Services: Battery service, Car towing, Car lockouts

I had called another tow before this guys but cancelled to go with Auto Cruz. They were going to charge me less than the first tow I called for almost twice the distance.In addition, Larry did not jump on the opportunity to tow us but suggested we might only need a jumpstart. He said, in faith "God bless this car, it will start" and it did!! I know my initial problem had nothing to do with a dead battery.Ended up paying less than the cost of a tow.

Larry arrived promptly, and with a great, happy attitude. He found a hidden leak in my valve stem extension, which saved me money and time. He was super helpful, even letting me follow him to the tire dealer to fix the problem. When I had a problem with the tire shop (NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE!), Larry told me about Big O Tires, who fixed my problem for FREE!!! Thank you Larry, and Cruz Towing, you were a lifesaver!!!

Larry showed up right when he said he would, and right from the get go was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even was able to quickly diagnose that my alternator was bad where mechanics did not. Awesome dude.
