We have called Junk Out on numerous occasions for help emptying our rental houses. Mark has always scheduled us in promptly, come with friendly employees, and performed the work we needed quickly and efficiently. He even sweeps up when they are done ! Junk Out came today in a heat wave and didn't let anything slow them down. They were cheerful and efficient, gave me a great estimate and came in under that price. I was so impressed with the quality of their service and with the three of them personally. They cared about my job which was not a huge one but important to me. I thought their skill levels, in backing up a shiny new black truck with a big trailer in the tiny space I had was particularly remarkable. I sure will call them again the next time I need help. Efficient, reliable, respectful ... and on top of that super fair and reasonable pricing.We have used them twice. Picked up yard waste and shed contents. Second time for a bin rental that required moving a freezer and an old bar from the basement.I would never call any other junk removal company.

Highly recommend! First - A courtesy call to let us know that they would be 1/2 hour late. Very professional, careful and everything well thought out (the piece was fairly large and heavy). Concern for human safety was appreciated.

I can't comment to the service Junk Out provides but I can comment one of their employee's. I was driving down Princess Street and one of their drivers literally flagged me down. When we came to a stop he let me know my tire was flat. In today's society where everyone is too busy looking out for themselves, this kid went out of the way to help. Thank you!
