Always an excellent experience. I have bought a few cars from them, sold them a few cars, bought several hundred parts over the years. This is my go-to location when I need parts, the girls at the counter are very courteous and helpful - they are true assets to the operation. The manager (Chanel) always takes the time to answer my questions and makes sure my visits are satisfactory, even after all these years. My only complaint is that HQ needs to buy some better / more wheelbarrows so the customers can haul parts out of the yard easier.

Wanted to give a shout out to Jeff, Elizabeth, Becca and Chanel for their exceptional service and customer care.Instead of giving me what I thought I needed, they went above and beyond in their attention to detail and found the correct replacement part for my vehicle, and even allowed on site repair and provided valuable assistance.On top of that, I had the misfortune of accidentally locking my keys in the car with my baby. The team stepped right up, provided resources, technique and assistance to get into the car, and kept my son happy and distracted during the process.You have my sincerest appreciation and gratitude. As well, their lot is always clean, well organized and I feel very safe checking there for what I need. It’s great to shop there for car parts - very fair pricing!

Really nice staff and great selection! Only downside is you have to buy individual parts, instead of buying a whole parts car. Other than that, highly recommend!
