I have been here a couple times and had questions as I was new to the world of pick and pull. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me out. I have Family that is out here often and speak highly of the people at the shop. Today I met Robin, Sam and Bria and the good looking guy getting the starter. Overall great people great experience and of course at a great price. We will return!!!

Great place to buy used parts if you’re handy. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Great selection of vehicles with the option on their website which will email alert you when a car you need comes in - saved me thousands of dollars looking for a rare transmission for my vehicle.10/10 to the crew at Kenny elmsdale

Went there a few weeks ago and bought 2 tires. Drove all the way in from bridgewater which is a 1.5 drive. Paid 103.00 and the 3 dollars to get in all to find out the tires had pin holes in the side wall. They told me they would exchange them but how do u exchange tires when they have nothing your size. The staff was rude as well. So I basically lost 100 bucks on 2 used tires. Kenny u pull should be ashamed to run a business like that especially when someone drives from out of town to give them business.

Staff are rude. Went in spent 2 hours looking g for tires a d fou d 2 on rims and 2 off rims. No signs to say tires off the rims cost more. So I wasted 2 hours of my time and $3 to get in for nothing... really I paid them to be able to take the tires I took off the rims by hand on a rig that is not mounted to the ground for them to now be able to make the price up on the 2 I removed. Hurt my back getting the water out of the other 2 tires. Thieves if you ask me. Won't be going back of telling anyone to go there.

Go somewhere else. If you need more clarification read below:Went in to get a new battery for a car. Getting the battery was easy, but did not have the old one. I went back to get the old battery and brought it back to get my core fee back, something I have done at many places before, and was given a gift card. Was told there is no options, we have your money, battery and core and never offer any refunds and have no way to pay you for your core, only gift cards. Of course they could have given me my core fee. Cash is thing. This is a unethical dishonest way of doing business and I cannot recommend based on that.... Even if they have the best price, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Kenny's seem to always have what your looking for, it's very rare that they don't, they never disappointed me as much as me or friends go out there looking for parts, their my first choice when looking for parts for my Express van, customer service is A1, u can't go wrong when looking for good parts

First time at a pick and pull, great experience, everyone was super friendly and helpful easy to find cars, parking was tight but was okay, wish there was access for personal cars but didn't mind the walk.

The staff don't seem to be aware of real world pricing.. They charge exorbitant prices for parts you, yourself, take off. Shop around. I can guarantee the competition has most parts listed cheaper, and YOU don't have to lift a finger to take them off.Staff are very rude, not willing to negotiate, and treat you like a common criminal. (Search your tool box, bag, inspect you) The only thing they don't do is strip search you when you're leaving the yard. Hire some staff that are courteous and knowledgeable in parts pricing. My suggestion. ~ Automotive tech, 20+ years
