I’ve been to several scrap yards, including other Kenny U-pull locations. This one is the best around. Service is helpful, friendly and Jojo who works there is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond. Yard is well organized and tidy.

Had great experience. Everybody was friendly and helpful to me and my wife. We had to ask a few questions about the muffler I needed and they told me exactly what I needed to do. Easy and cheap I'll be back for sure.P.s. when I arrived saw them enforce their need for contact tracing with another customer. Big plus to know they were doing their due diligence. Thank you

Great service & super friendly/helping staff. I went there looking for rims for my car & me being an illiterate about the sizing & fittings etc staff at the front counter helped me figure everything out & answered all my questions in a detailed respectful manner. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for reasonable priced parts for their vehicles.

I needed to find some car parts and someone mentioned that I should go to Kenny U-Pull and I'm very happy that I did. You get to peruse all these other interesting cars when getting to the section you needed to go to, which I found fascinating. Dave came up to me with a big smile on his face, asking if I need assistance looking for the part, he was attentive, answered all my questions, and even got fun facts trivias (I ❤️ trivia!). He went above and beyond what is required for customer service and I really appreciate it!This was truly a wonderful experience! Usually always get good service here, today with all the ladies working I had exceptional service today. I never regret coming here for my vehicle parts. With great prices and amazing associates working how can you go wrong? Highly recommend!!!!

I went with a friend to get winter tires. Jojo was very helpful and even loaded them into our car for us.I have gotten tires here before for my cars and have had excellent service every time I've gone.I recommend this place if you're on a budget, if you look hard enough you can find tires that are still in good shape for cheaper than the big box stores.

I went to look for a missing mirror cover for my Nissan. I walked around the yard for 5m and finally found one. Staffs was really great especially Jojo thank you

I have been going to this Kenny's since its grand opening and I have always had great experiences with the staff. I probably come here once or twice a month just to keep my junk daily drivers going and would be screwed with out this place.

Good location with largest selection around for the greater ottawa area. This location falls short with its occasionally rude staff (hit and miss) and with their nit picking price policy.I purchased a muffler and was told I would be charged an extra $13 for a tiny little heat shield that was attached to the muffler or I had the option to get to the back of the line and take it off. The poor guy infront of me had to pull tiny little burnt out lightbulbs out of his headlight assembly or he'd be charged for them.There is also a core charge a lot of metal parts now, which seems unfair on a part like a muffler.Seems like it depends on the day weather or not you will get a good deal on the parts you came in for.
