Price is amazing! Service is amazing! What more can you ask for? I might wait in line for a bit but that’s because they are giving EVERY customer great service. So I never mind the wait! Thank you for making all my transactions easy, fair and fast.

All have attitude, and can’t get an order right. I called and ordered it for delivery and they have it sitting in the warehouse for 4 days

Bought a part from these guys only to find out it was broken after I had taken my car apart. When I returned it, it was an absolute joke! I sat and listened/ watched the employees argue and complain about each other for 35 minutes! They finally got me a “better” part and didn’t charge me even though it had less miles on it. I would have left a decent review, had it not been for them sending me an invoice today (30 days later) for $70, when I called about this they said it was a mistake and to disregard it. What a joke! I run my own business and if any of my employees acted like this they would immediately be fired on the spot!

I walked only minutes after they opened and ordered a part for my car. After about 25 minutes I politely asked the guy at the desk how long it would be, he disappeared into the warehouse and came back after about 10 minutes and told me it would be 20 more minutes. After about 10 minutes I asked someone else how long it would be and she pointed at my ticket and said no one has even started to work on my order yet. At this point I blew my lid and asked to speak to whoever was in charge, 10 minutes later and some guy comes out to talk to me and I ask him why the people at his company wasted my time he told me I would only need to wait 10 more minutes and they would have my part. It has been 15 more minutes and I am still waiting. I can't understand why no one would have told someone in the warehouse "Hey there is a guy here who just ordered a part, can you go pull it for him?" Instead they just say here and did nothing and literally wasted an hour of my time. There's a reason that this place is poorly reviewed their customer service is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!

Dan is always the best! He is quick, efficient, and with a really great attitude. Always feel taken care of when you call here, thanks for being great!

These guys are quick and friendly. It’s awesome they warranty used parts. It’s only for 30 days but it’s nice of them. Highly recommend these guys for mostly everything you need for your car or truck

Terrible customer service I don't understand how a company can have a person who disrespects the customer. I've been buying here for many years but I'm tired of waiting for the parts to be delivered to you and while they're using a cellphone and don't want to work - please put people who are interested in working
- mmark ford
I ordered a sun visor in black and received a tan visor. The rep told me it's my responsibility to pay for return and color is not guaranteed. Who wants a tan visor in a black interior? I mean come on! What a joke! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will eat the money and shop elsewhere!!!

Trying to find parts entrance is a nightmare. Your signs say next to sales flags but there are no flags outside. If you are looking for the entrance, it is in the middle of the building on the North side. Draw maps or get some flags. Help your customers out!

Apart from everything i can complain from, the will call guy around the corner where you pickup your part is a person who hates his job and I'm not sure why he keeps it. Everytime i go there to pickup something a little incident has to happen with him. Today, i paid for my part and got the invoice, went to him to see him fiddle with it (adding tag and such) and then he just went to his computer, and this took maybe 4 minutes until the payment guy came out and told me that I'm good to go. Dude didn't even tell me its ready to go, just had me stand by his desk and stare at him occasionally for nothing! I hope lkq sees this and see their cameras.

WORST AUTO PARTS EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Tried buying a part from them which they had in stock and said that they would ship it to me. I received the wrong part twice after I specifically told them what I needed part number and all. After the big hassle of them messing up my order and shipping the wrong part and having it returned I am still getting a bill from 3 months ago saying that I need to pay for the part that I returned. I understand that mistakes can be made so I thought that I would give them another shot. Once again I had the worst experience ever! Ordered a bumper for a customer that I was in a huge hurry for and they said it would be shipped out and I would see it the next day. After a couple days I called to find out that it hadn't been shipped. Once they promised it to me by the next day again it didn't show. I ended up having to talk to 3 different supervisors before I was able to get the stupid bumper. Once it showed up it was the wrong bumper. I ordered one without sensor holes and they sent the sensor hole bumper. When I called back to ask what happened I was told "well we were out of the one without sensor holes so we figured that you could make this one work". Never again will I even think about calling them for anything. Also when I payed with a credit card for the bumper it took at least 3 weeks for them to give ma a refund on my card. Beware with this company!

Terrible customer service. The person who is on the side where they deliver and receive the parts has a bad attitude when speaking to customers. Unfortunately, this person needs a supervisor to educate him and teach him to respect the people who buy here.
- GGregorio Gomez
This guy is in charge of delivering parts and had the nerve to ignore me as I was standing a few feet away from him for aborto 30 minutes and the line of customers. Such a bad service

It is Friday July 3rd, 2020 9:30 am. I went to go pick up my part today so I can install it. The office is closed. There are no signs saying they will be closed for the holiday etc. I called and nothing on any message as well. I called Jose and left a message as well. My sales person didn’t tell me “hey, we will be closed Friday” either! This is is really unprofessional for such a large corporation! I really expected better from this company and I am frankly extremely disappointed! Mike Tyler

Highly recommend. This company take the hard part out of scouring for auto parts. They have new and used options. The used parts sometime require a replacement but that I what you would expect if you were to go pull the part from a junkyard your self. When that does happen there is a warranty or exchange policy that helps. I have worked with LKQ for nearly a decade and they were upfront and when ever there was an issue they were willing to work with me to resolve them. I worked with them on a wholesale end but they also do retail. Great option for auto parts and a market fair price.
- JJean-Pierre M.
Their sales reps call periodically to ask that I order from them instead of Interstate, so every once in a while I'll give them a buzz to order some parts, but in three years, I've never spoken to a live person. I think rather than having the sales guys placing outgoing calls to local businesses soliciting services, it may be more beneficial to have them put their phones down and answer incoming calls instead.
- SSari Francisca Delgado
We buy from them all the time. Thanks Chip and Dan for great service through the years we have been purchasing parts from you guys! great warranties!
- BBrad Parkin
While waiting at the sales counter I picked up on the negative reviews on the LKQ website, but my experience was just the opposite! I needed to do a part swap on a very old invoice (a left side wheel well splash shield instead of the right side that I'd picked up in error) and the counter guys went to work. I left the store with the correct part and am a very happy camper!
- DDouglas Stewart (Utah Auto Recon)
Overall great experience, low wait time, great customer service part was a little banged up from recycled part but some what expected, all is good 👍
- JJ Rc
The service is not only bad with the two people who attend sales (girl and man), the spare parts that I have bought have been damaged. this place used to be reliable….too bad!
- BBrent Moser
These guys were great 20 years ago, they have since become as expensive as OEM. If you call them they don't seem to care , I was told by sales guy that "20 years ago socks were $3" , that's really no excuse for being 2 to 4 times more expensive then all of their competitors online, I was however given great advice .... "well get it from them then!" And I will AND I will stop calling them for price quotes moving forward .... Your welcome for following your advice .... I will not call again and I will continue to get it from anyone but Keystone....

UPDATE: Sadly I have to change my review on this place. There was no warning and the car just died.IT DID NOT OVER HEAT.NO WARNING LIGHTS NOTHING.I was driving and it just stopped. The warranty we had on it was not honored and they did everything they could to get out of it,the motor blew in it before the warranty was up and they said that the motor was overheated and our automechanics said that they were going to try and get out of it and say that it had overheated when it had NOt. THAT the motor was not good when we got it,Basically they DO NOT honor their warranty. It was under miles and should have been honored and they will do anything they can not to honor it. BUYER BEWARE IT IS POINTLESS to have a WARRANTY if it's NOT going to be HONORED.SHAME ON THEM FOR SCREWING OVER MY DAUGHTER WHO IS A SINGLE MOTHER OF TWO.AS A BUISINESS YOU SHOULD TRY TO DO BETTER AND ADMIT WHEN YOU SELL A BAD PRODUCT.WOULD NOT RECOMEND YOU IN THE FUTURE FOR A MOTOR PURCHASE. Came in today and picked up a motor for my daughters ford explorer, was given great, helpful friendly customer service. The young gentleman who assisted me was super. He was was very polite and accommodating.I wish I would have thought to get his name..

Not recommend. There prices change by who you deal with. I can call different salesman and get different prices. Last week they quote me 250 on a part. Another local company quotes me 140. So I tell lkq they are way to high and I can get it for 140. Then they tell me they can sell it to me for 140. This happens almost everytime we call them. I got the part from the other company and lkq sold it to them to sell to me for a price lower than 140 so they could make a profit selling it to us. When lkq was upfront and sold us parts at a competitive rate we used them a lot. We buy 6k to 12k every month on parts but spend as little as we can with lkq since they use sale methods that I consider to be shady and underhanded. The last few times I called them it was cheaper to buy from the dealership.

Ordered used grey window, received green tint. Because I am travelling, I cannot wait for replacement. Price was great, but now have one green window and the rest grey.
- DDave Coleman
They were very helpful unfortunately I had gotten the wrong part take care of it as best they could was happy with the service just wish you would have been the right parts
- AAneth Centeno

Eghh I got an alternator from these guys and tho it worked the process was hell and then the alternator was all broken so I had to swap pieces from my old one to make it work. Over all it works so I'm kosher I guess. They got good part finds
- SSal's Transmission Repair
Good place. If you need a part, call them up and ask for Dan. Great service.
- JJim Burke
They have come through for me with a rare part a few years ago and recently with rear leaf springs for my F-150 pulled, cleaned, and delivered cheaper than doing it myself in the mud at Pick and Pull. Good, honest outfit.
- JJ C
Gil from customer service was awesome! Got the exact part we needed without any problems he even got the correct color.
