If u have a huge truck and trailer then this is the place to go for emergency services. when ur stuck in the boondocks and are fully loaded and have 4.3 meter truck. Vist Lakeway Truck center they even have a pit a forklift they also pulled me out of the snow. It might cost you and arm and a leg but that's emergency service. The mechanics are very talented they know what they are doing and I haven't had any issues with the work they did. Shout out to Shawn and the rest of the workers thanks guys for taking care of me.

We were in a bind when the engine light came on while driving across the country and they helped us out straight away and were very professional and helpful. Very much appreciated!

never do business with this company, I called to boost my truck, on the phone the person told me $180 plus the boost for the movement, once the job was done, they charged me $480 plus the job, I finished with $600 to boost my truck, this company is a real scam and extremely disgusting, never does business with them are stolen

I had a minor problem on my RV, I was given a rough quote for the fix and the bill at the end was double the amount, tried to negotiate by phone for a compensation and got a ridiculous gesture. The mechanic replaced a part witch he didn’t have to (I fixed it my self).Funny part that on paper I was in the shop for 4-5 hours and got billed for 8 hours of labor.I have already contacted my lawyer and we are going to sue them for triple the amount owing back.... to bad they can’t be fair when I was fair enough to pay the hole amount.

Was having fuel filter problems on my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado dually duramax went by turned around and asked if they could change my filter for me didn’t realize they close at 5 was there probably 4:45 they moved a truck for me brought me inside and changed the filter unbelievable service so impressed got me back on the road in no time ! ☺️👍! Kudos for a job well done ! THANKYOU once again u guys are amazing !! Will recommend u to anyone in the area in the future and they also do towing heavy and light , flatbed etc ! Thanks again. Stay away from this place. Will promise you the world then the equipment will sit half apart for 2 or 3 days pretending he is working on it. When you get the invoice it will be double of any other shop. Avoid at all costs. Most dishonest person I have ever run into. Warning again keep away. Parts are double and triple of what they normally cost. Let the equipment sit but don't bring it to him.

A car hauler rental which should've taken 5 minutes since we checked in online took 45 minutes because the only person trained to do it wasn't there. Not only that, they never actually completed our rental once we returned it and UHaul is trying to charge us the full amount even though we already paid it. I should've looked at reviews before renting from this place.

Stay away from this place, my RV wasn't starting well In the middle of my trip so i went there, so they said I need to change a starter and I said yes (which only 2 weeks later I new I didn't even had to chang anything only the cabals wasn't placed well) o I waited in this place for about 5 hours only 2 of them the guy actually worked and they charged me for 1700$!!!! and I was in a rush so I didn't look at the price well and after I call them to give me my money Bach they just hang up the phone.STAY AWAY!!!

Brought a trailer in for a safety but it went on a job after the safety so didn’t get a chance to look at it till a few months later.Doing my own safety on it now and the clearance lights are wired to the brake lights, for a junction box that they charged us for they just bolted wires together and left them hanging and exposed. Kinda sad that they would put their name on work like that.

Poor communication/ customer service and over charge on labor. My Honda Odyssey had an oil leak around the drain plug. We were staying at the KOA campground so I asked them if they had any local shop recommendations so they suggested this place. Ok, So I went off their suggestion knowing that a truck center could handle this one hour fix of drilling out the pan, retapping the hole and putting in a new plug. They told me I could wait at the shop so I did for two hours while nothing happened. I had my family there so finally they offered to give us a ride back to KOA while they fix it. A few phone calls later by me and they came and picked me up (car had been at the shop for 7 hrs). I was handed a $673 bill for 5.5 hrs labor plus parts/ oil. I told him there was no way it could've taken that long so he knocked off 120. Sure it was fixed but he saw me coming and knew I was far from home. I should've just gone straight to Honda. Please don't go here, they will definitely screw you. I'd give them a 0 star if possible. Look at the other reviews.
