    Twice, i called for a part and they gave me a date they would have it ready for me to pick up. On the date given to me, i called to confirm my part was ready to be picked up. Both (separate) times, they told me my part was there ready for pick up. I make the drive there only to be told they don't have it and they just pass the blame around.This place is a joke and should not be taken seriously. Avoid this location if you don't want your time wasted.

    Prices are a little high. But they are willing to sell smaller pieces unlike the other bigger companies. Even though my order was supossed to be pulled much later, they pulled it for me when I requested in person ( it was a very quick and easy order).

    Found an inner fender apron for a 2003 Tacoma. Super difficult part to acquire. Shipped no problem. Arrived on time. Price was high but have been looking for this part for 2 years! It's a sawed part and was cut 4 inches too short but will work around that. Professional all the way. Will come back if I need to.

    I ordered an engine with a good price. The engine was switched to an older one over night without informing me probably to match the better price. I cancelled the order, i do not deal with cheaters... BE CAREFUL!!!!!

    Guy at the desk was completely useless and rude 😠. Told him my vehicle and he holds up a picture of the sticker in a gloves box and says unless I have that info on the sticker he can't help me. Asked if there was any way to look up parts otherwise and he says no. Even though the website let me look up available parts for my model? I've called several times and it rings and rings, then they pick up and hang up. Guess they make their money somewhere else. Obviously been a problem for years and nobody there reads these reviews or cares about customer service.

    Fair prices on good used parts for your clunker. You DO NOT pick or pull the part yourself. You order it at the counter (or on the phone) and pick it up at the counter. It's the neiman marcus of car part junk yards, but their prices are way better! A+

    The employees were very helpful and more than willing to help.. just the prices were way higher than anywhere else.. clean place.. i have used before they went out of way to make my order right when one of us made a mistake on size.. might be worth paying the 30-40% higher price :(

    I had the worst service and experience. It was a nightmare on Mansfield. The cashier David had no manners, he was extremely rude and his voice tone with me was nasty UNGLY!!!! To top it off he gave me the wrong part. His supervisor had to step in and correct him. This is that place where you don't want to give them your business.

    Ok did not have the part it was at another location. The person on the phone said it was there. Wasted a lot of time waiting. Only one person working. 2 other employees were at the front counter talking for 15 minutes but never offered to help

    Ordered a part from LKQ Kennedale. Was told it would be ordered and coming from California (to Texas). Was told it would be in next Wed/THURS which was 9 days. I came back 11 days later. Sales person was the same guy who I ordered the part with - almost not wAnting to deal with me because I did not have my “order #”- blonde hair guy with ponytail. David Hennington? Still telling me it was coming from California. No tracking #- no ETA of part. Was told he would call me as soon as it comes in. 14th day- was out of town. Sent husband the phone # to the LKQ. He keeps getting transferred to David Hennington. Absolutely given the complete Run Around! No help - no answers. Our mechanic on the other hand was ready to put my truck out- had it down there sitting unable to run - for 2 weeks! Finally my husband ended up calling the 1-866 number and speaking with a woman who helped him with the UPS tracking # and come to find out it had been shipped and arrived that morning at 10:30am- NEVER RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS NOTHING! Why let individual people order parts from you just to act like it’s an INCONVENIENCE TO YOU when they call looking for their part that you said was only going to take 8-9 days???!! Just BE HONEST !

    Well I'm not real happy about the location cuz it's right smack-dab in the middle of traffic but not bad people are nice you know the seat that I got wasn't leather like they said it was going to be but that's okay I can always put a seat cover on it and hide the the fabric sheet but I mean at least I have one to fix my other seat so I'm good to go

    Very bad customer service. When i finally got someone on the phone i was hung up on multiple times. Attempted to pick up parts at the location after being told it was available and it was not. I will never attempt to do business with this shop again

    What an unmanaged organization. Three attempts for a part and you're out! They cost my company hundreds of dollars in rent car and loss of income. Don't waste your time. Plus if there's a problem you will never be let to speak to anyone in management

    they have a lot of stuff and the prices aren't bad, not great either, but the service sucks. the people will let you stand there for 10 minutes without saying a word to you, and then they act like you're a burden

    The best used parts in the market. Philip Watso, the salesman at this branch is one of the best salesman I ever dealt with. He is so courteous and professional.

    Why is there only one sales man when there is always about 3-5 people waiting? There are always 2-3 people up front and most times the other 2 are just clicking on the computer. Each person takes around 12-20 min to find and pay and agree on parts. Ridiculous

    I'll admit, the phone calls are poor, it getting there is a whole other story. The lady we met with was highly professional and a doll to boot. Would definitely recommend this place.

    I am in aftermarket auto industry and have been buying parts from Greenleaf forever , but since they got bought out by LKQ there customer service has gotten so terrible,Every time there order is either wrong or late delivery or no delivery . When you get the item the cost is different then what they quote you on the phone and to get your money back is like pulling a tooth . Would not recommend to deal with them nor will I ever buy anything from them again.

    LKQ is a poorly run coporate entity. They do not care about ethical business practices. I have been in the autmotive repair business for over 30 years and have never seen another salvage yard that sells motors without intake manifolds, throttle bodies and other parts essential to the motor. I can understand not selling alternators, starters, a/c compressors, and power steering pumps with engines (although some places even include these parts). LKQ cares nothing about providing a good and fair product, only the corporate ideaologoy of how much money we can squeeze out of the consumer. I paid $1,700 for an engine missing multiple parts essential to the running of the engine. I will never again purchase anything from LKQ.

    Rear Diff for my Sky Redline... had it shipped to Kennedale location overnight no extra cost... fair price for a great recycled part! Will repeat business with them.👍

    Was on the phone for 7 minutes and no one answered the phone . I had a big list of parts well worth over eight thousand dollars including two engines! I took my business somewhere else !

    I purchased a transmission from LKQ in Burleson .. had the transmission installed .. car ran for two weeks .. took it to auto shop and they said it was the transmission.. contacted LKQ in hopes of exchanging since I was within my 6month warranty Timeframe .. But instead they denied the claim because the mileage was over 6k .. “and the warranty is 6month/6k miles which ever comes first“ is what the rep told me .. but on my invoice it doesn’t state “which ever one comes first” .. That’s very misleading and wasn’t full disclosure.. I’ve tried to contact corporate with no success.. just keep passing me from one department to the next ..

    Was told TWICE to come pick up part next day . On second trip was told it’d be here 4 days later . Guy at desk doesn’t seem to care for customer service . Waiting my time & Gas !!!!
