These guys are awesome. Honest and trustworthy. I ordered a final drive that was an awesome condition but when I checked it out to install it was not compatible being I had a generation one GS 1200 and this unit was a GS 1200 generation two which I was told by my dealer was compatible. Which it was all but the sensor hole. I never installed the unit I put side-by-side with the original that I had to inspect all the fittings and found out the differentiation. Called razz to make a return and it was seamless With a full refund less the shipping which is more than acceptable.These days that is a Breath of fresh air. I will always use them whenever possible a real class act. Thank you Moto guys look forward to the next time I need a quality part and service

I'm giving only one star now because as a cyclist Sat & Sun are big riding days & people need parts but they won't be getting them here & weekdays 6AM to 10AM. Bought a cylinder head from here on ebay. Didn't take it out of the box for a while because I travel for work. When I finally got to it I noticed a large crack in the head while cleaning the seating surface for the head gasket. Called multiple times and left voice mails and texted them with no reply. Finally when I emailed them on ebay I got a reply. Maybe if I would have been able to inspect it before the return warranty time was up I could have gotten the part swapped out but sadly i didn't. Either way I spent a lot of money and now have 2 cracked cylinder heads I can use as paper weights.

Very helpful people, a large variety of stock, they sell their product as a package, I wanted to buy a petcock but I had to buy the fuel package, fuel pump and the petcock and it came with all the hoses and the old fuel filter that came off the old bike so now I have the full Factory fuel pump petcock hoses an fuel filter kind of like a big Plug and Play package .
