    I love this place. I've never had a problem although sometimes I feel like they check your bags coming in more than when you leave (or a certain employee does) anyhow, besides that this place is amazing, check the website for the inventory in real time and once you get past the learning curve of the lot layout you are golden. Your going to save money if your doing the work to your car yourself. This place will help you get your vehicle back together. Thanks guys everyone is Awesome and helpful. There are 4 locations in Maryland also!

    This is a large pick your own part junkyard. Or you can negotiate with one of the people that hang around to get parts. The prices are good, they are helpful, and the website has a good list of prices as well as cars on the lot. Warning: you probably don't want the warranty (extra cost on checkout), make sure you ask to not have it as they appear to charge it by default.

    Came for customer pick up at usual pick up location. Door is locked nobody answering. Called number on door was put on hold for over 20 minutes guy in Ohio said they were closed for pick up then transfers me to location advising someone would be out in couple minutes to get the door. Called back 10 minute later said office was closed. Horrible customer service.
