Extremely disappointed with LKQ and their new return policy. Be smart with your money and buy used elsewhere. Between all their fees most of their stuff cost less anywhere else. They do not inventory or test anything in their yard. Nothing you buy here comes with a standard guarantee so if you waste your time pulling a part and what you purchase ends up being faulty they will not exchange or return it unless you spend about 30% more and buy their 90 warranty. At that point you’re better off just buying your part from a reputable salvage yard that pulls the part for you and gives you a standard 30 day warranty. They will also nickel and dime you. So if you plan on purchasing an engine make sure you strip it of any wiring, sensors, mounts, etc because they will charge you for them regardless of weather they are broken or not. These people sell used batteries for about $50 when you can literally pick up a brand new one at Walmart for about the same. Be smart with your time and money and use the same device your reading this review from to order your parts online or browse pricing. Car-part.com is good for that. Probably best to just use this place for things like body parts.

LKQ pick ya parts has what you're looking for if you're trying to get your automobile back running or want to upgrade from worn out parts on any particular vehicle. everything I bought from LkQ is still working just fine. Highly recommend for replacing parts, upgrades, and fair pricing. Great staff and friendly customer service.

The yard was clean and very organized. I’ve visited several yard and was very impressed with the service. I was on vacation here and decided to search for a few things here and 2 of the 4 yards had what I needed. Unlike the nasty yard back in Fayetteville Ga. on Robert’s Rd. They really need to take after these yards….

I went in to buy a door and a finder and some other hard parts like that nothing mechanical... After being rushed out the door because there was a 100 people behind me in line I look at my receipt and I notice that they charge a 30% guarantee fee. On their website they say it is optional but they don't ask you about it when you're checking out and customer service will do nothing about it now so I will never go back to that scumbag place

You would figure with two people at the checkout on one register the line would move quick ?Think again ... one guy is just there to Nickel and dime you.Would rather take the time to google a part and call it a “body control module” than give u a dealYou don’t want it .. ?Cool they just throw it out ..Who cares just get it on the next guys Environmental fee! Can’t even buy plastic stuff for a deal two ac vents on one housing and a plastic drawer cost me 25 bucks !Had to ask to remove the bogus warranty on each item if not would of cost 10 more bucks !Been to all kinds of lkq locations and junks yards though the years and this place is built to scam .Good if your in a pinch ,but if u gotta choice hit somewhere else up .Bare minimum ask prices before u pull parts or you’ll be in for a surprise !!

Worst company to deal with. I wish I could give a half a star rather than a full one. Scheduled twice with them to come get my son’s car and they stood us up both times. No apology, no nothing. Like we had nothing better to do with our time but wait on someone who never shows up. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Would have never made the call!!!

This place is nice, but it’s a joke. You have to pay $3 to enter. I have been here 5x now and have never left with a single part I needed. The cars/trucks are picked to the bone. Unless you are there the day they go out- good luck! Won’t waste my time any longer going here.

Do yourself a favor and double check if you could find the parts cheaper online. for about the same price online like Amazon or EBay you can avoid paying to get in for three dollars environmental fees and going out there in the hot blazing sun.It may be better for you to buy it online.Went to get a 2002 Honda CRV fuel pump they wanted to charge me $45 plus $3.00 entrance fee plus environmental fees.I found one online for $49 brand new delivered to my door.I would buy transmissions from this place not very long ago for $125 now it’s $300.Engines were $250 now they’re $700. Just about everything is through the roof and they give you a 90 day warranty but they charge an astronomical amount of money for it even for non-mechanical things.I asked the guy that works there what is it do you guys have less cars coming in he actually said to me no we’re busier than ever.it’s all about greed and money Unfortunately.I’ve been going out there since It was Cohfer Brothers then LKQ in 1998.It was a good place now it’s an expensive price that’s just not worth it.

Truly one of the best educational facilities around. For $3 you can spend a whole day going from vehicle to vehicle and learn something from each one. Bring a toolkit and you can save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars doing your own work. By actually taking something apart to recover the part you need, you gain valuable experience that you can then apply on and for your own vehicle.Step 1: Search for the procedure on YouTube. Step 2: Locate your model car on the lot (they can provide you with the spot). Step 3: Follow along with the procedure on the actual car to recover the part you're going to need. Step 4: Take it home, watch the procedure again, then do it on your own vehicle. Not sure how old your child needs to be, but good bonding opportunity and a chance to work together on a project.

I'm from Indpls.In. We have an LKQ,several actually.I have never had an unfixable issue. No matter where the fault laid. This LKQ SEEMS TO BE ALL OVER THE PLACE WITH PRICING!!!.Example: I bought a radiator for a friend's car for 68 dollars.I also got a couple of other things total being under 100.Today I go back and get an identical radiator,in fact I actually bought the exact parts as did 6 days prior. When the cashier told me I owed over 250.00 and if I don't get the 90 day warranty then there is no returns on my purchase.Ill never go back.Do they think people are going to be happy to come and get overcharged. It seems to be charge what they want or need to make that day. This is not the 1st time this has happened. It's the 3rd I'm done.Only this location. Get it together or lose.
