When it comes to U-haul they are rude, & don't know what they are doing. We had a reservation & because they didn't know how to do something asked us to come back a different day. When I called Uhaul they called Manleys & took care of us. After Manleys got off the phone with Uhaul, they made us, PAYING CUSTOMERS, wait while they decided to help customers they were paying! He laughed at us. They ignored us for at least an hour!Fast forward 5 days & they charged us THREE times, two different amounts, putting us in the negative in the bank account!
