I ordered a Jaguar Shift knob and Airbag in the drivers steering wheel for fair prices. Shipping was insanely fast from Nova Scotia to the other side of Canada (2 days). I worked with Dennis Mitchell during the order and he did an amazing job of ensuring I got the right parts. I honestly can't expect more from Maritime Auto. They really did a fantastic job here in comparison to other auto parts resellers. A real seamless transaction. If these guys have the parts you need, why buy anywhere else.

unlike other junkyards I have dealt with, Maritime Auto Parts really takes care of their customer. I have ordered a Lexus side mirror which is great quality (and price is right) but the harness didn't match my car. Dale at the Parts Place took the part back without excuses and gladly arranged a refund (I am not local to NS need to be arranged through mail). I will definitely buy from them again.

Recently bought a transmission here for $575 taxes in, only has 109k on it. Great deal and great service. Mostly dealt over the phone with Justin (ext 222), very understanding and helpful. The 30 day warranty seems a little short I suppose, but the guarantee of a functional product is nice.

I am someone who loves to have fun with my car. I am always sketching and experimenting with the looks and performance of my car so I need to access salvage places to try different parts, add new features to enhance the looks of the car. I recently went to MAP and found them to be unhelpful, full of excuses, unwilling to understand what I needed and frankly, they had no idea about what customer service is all about. If you know exactly what you need I suppose it is an ok place to go, if you want to explore and have fun with making your vehicle better by accessing parts from various vehicles, don't bother. They don't want you.
