Well, I bought my second car from here on Friday. The first one was an old Corolla, back in August and it was running very well, so I thought I'd try again. This one was an older sidekick, which they promised me was running, but actually appears that it hasn't been running for months. Two tires are flat, there was no battery in it, so they gave me a used battery, and said it needed charging. Then someone told me it was also out of gas, so I had to make a couple of trips down the road to buy fuel because I only had a small gas can with me. Even with the fresh gasoline, and another good battery that I had with me, the engine would not start. After a lot of cranking, it sounds like it's firing on at least a couple of cylinders, but still will not stay running when I stop pumping the gas pedal . So now I I am planning to go back with some starting fluid, which is hard to find in this town, because there is only one auto parts store. At least it's the only one I have found in the last 10 months, since I moved here. To be fair, it is really cold this weekend, like around minus 18 Celsius, so that's not the best environment to try to start an engine that hasn't run for a while.

So unprofessional. Never go there. They give you the wrong part and even yell at you that you told them wrong. Drove there for two hours and they didn’t even care about it. They said they close in 15 mins so come back tomorrow. Terrible customer service and they get things wrong. Here is the part I got wrong too. They can’t disprove me so. If you look at pictures the two piece part is the one they gave me wrong. So I drove to another place and they gave me the right part less than 15 minutes without even calling them prior. Their name is Carcone’s. Go there, they are so much better.

Handy little place has most common parts off newer domestic and some imports, great selection outside of hard to find aluminum alloy wheels, most guys sell them off for aluminum scrap. But Mathews has great selection.

Asked to buy a seat and have it shipped to London. Lady answered and said it would be around $100.00 I asked what the total cost of the seat would be shipped to London and she would not answer me. I said if you are asking $100 for the seat and $100 for shipping then the price to me would be 1+1 = $200.00 Lady on the phone got missed off and hung up. Called back and refused to sell it. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Said she was the manager. Look at the other reviews ... AVOID !!!

Bought a door there, door was decent and a good price. Insurance then wrote off my car. Asked if I could return the door and told that there would be a $25 restocking fee (at no point in our conversation was a time line mentioned). I drove 90 minutes to return the door, and was told that it was over 60 days and they couldn't return it and to talk to the GM (Sarah) when she returned from holidays. Called her today and got the same runaround and hung up on. Stand behind your word!

I learned of these guys A cpl years ago. Have bought a cpl cars an owner was strait up about everything they needed. Have needed a fair number of part's an always able to rely on the friendly staff to provide me with the service I needed. had them pull a transmission from a 2005 gs300 the trans code was supposed to be A650E exact same as the is300 with a different out put shaft.. turns out i got a 3f500 for a 1uzfe v8 when the 05 gs300 came with a 2jz inline 6 there yard guys should have been able to catch that.. not to mention the attitude i was given when returning the transmission when it was there fault in the first place, not pleased with today, tho there sales person ali seems really nice
