Needed a 5 speed manual tranny for my Dodge Ram. Maxwells had one. Was going to start bargaining but they offered a discount before I asked. Said it would be delivered to my door in two days. It was. Mechanic installed it and it works fine. Very satisfied customer here.

Had the parts ready to go on the shelf when we arrived. Great service for a Saturday! The gentleman was busy so he allowed my 9 year old and I to go look through a building for a rear wheel cap. The boy's first time at an auto dismantler, great experience for him and a joy for me to watch him having so much fun!Great service, great prices and very friendly staff.Definitely recommended!

When it comes to auto wreckers, usually it is a cold inviting experience. However these guys are warm and friendly, and are speedy and know their stuff. Recommend calling ahead, their system has everything they have and they can look it up without you having to go in. Their inventory is also on the website if you can navigate it.

The majority of the staff has alot of knowledge and are very helpful, polite,and really care not only about how the represent th business but themselfs as well! Maxwells is in a great location, reasonable hours, and if you work the hours same as them sometimes staff will bring it to you after business hours and weekend! what a great team the company has been lucky to have and keep! great job team

Basically I paid $40 for a part that was already broken and they had taped it together so I hopefully wouldn't notice. This was after I was quoted $20 for that same piece over the phone. They wasted three days of my time and pretty much stole my money and I ended up in the exact same place as I was before -$40.. Please, please, please don't go here I've heard of this happening several times before and was just to naive to give it a second thought.

They were very helpful in finding the scarce part we wanted. When they didn't have it, they located another supplier who did. That's service you come back to.

These guys are losers I called on a Friday for a quote on a part was quoted 150 with out a steering wheel and quoted 175 with a steering wheel when I waited all weekend to get the part today, called on my break to ensure the part was there they told me it was there I asked about the price they said 180 I checked the voicemail they left me with the parts quoted price and it was way off I called to have this problem fixed and they found it easier to lie to me and tell me they had " lost the part" well I check online they have 2 in stock how do you lose or sell 2 steering coloum over the weekend when your shops been closed these guys do this often as well my brother needed a part last month we looked online he had 3 in stock and quoted us 75$ then when we called to make sure the part was there ( we live over a 1 hr drive away) he said yes we have the part 125 I told him what we had been quoted and he said may I call you back when we got the call back all 3 parts had been misteryously sold these guys are money hungry slim ball highwaymen don't trust their quotes and make sure you have them in writing if anyone would like proof I still have the message saved with date and time
