The team at Mike Terry are a solid group of people and true to their word. I called them about a new Chevrolet dually they had and we worked a trade and everything out efficiently. I drove from north of DFW last night to pick it up - smooth operation. From Nick and Eric to the entire team, they are professionals. No games here and highly recommended.

Salesman Steve Davis was fine but the manager on this day was unprofessional in comments that he made. I do not remember his name but he made some unprofessional and uncalled for comments about our financial officer and it offended my wife and that is a big no no for me. Also the price that was given to us was over 4 thousand over what the advertised price. We also were never told about a $750 rebate by chevrolet that we found out about the next day while purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. When the manager was told that we were leaving and would not be purchasing the vehicle he was all defensive trying to say that he did not say anything bad about our loan officer and never once apologized to my wife nor did he ever try to rectify the situation. I would buy a vehicle from Mr. Davis anytime but will not ever return as long as that particular manager is employed there. Even the price he came down to was still over the advertised price and what we were told the added money was for I didn't trust.

Was in the process of purchasing a truck here, just before I wired the money they sent over the invoice, I was looking across everything and noticed they were going to charge me 9% tax. When addressing the issue they argued that it was correct for awhile, until they finally said there system automatically figures 6.25% (Texas tax), but in reality it was 9% that they were going to charge. My state is 3%. There so called mistake didn't add up.Needless to say I didn't buy the truck. Watch there math.

Called about a vehicle told 1 price 19.999 on phone by salesman. Once I arrived he tells me they gave him wrong price vehicle is actually 20,000 more than he quoted 39999. He then went into financing office sat down and started talking and never returned leaving me sitting at his desk. Very unprofessional.....

It is hard to say at this point because I just pickup my vehicle yesterday. I will say I was disappointed when I went to pay for the service because I was quoted a price and the charges was over what I was told before beginning the repairs. Time to do the repairs/service reasonable.
