I had a complicated order for an auto part and had much trouble figuring it out. I spoke with Aaron in the Parts Department, and he was extremely helpful, fast and, diligent. All in all, great experience with no hassle.

Can’t help but recommend Miller’s Auto as a good alternative for dealership service for your vehicle maintenance needs.My 2016 Honda Odyssey was quoted by the dealership service department needing 4 tires ($1000+ plus alignment), new 4 brakes and rotors ($600+ for front and $600 for rear) which would be a huge hit to my pocket. I came across the alternative to dealership service as I was shopping for another vehicle. I searched online for Used tires for Niagara Falls and came across Miller’s Auto. I messaged them first just for the tires and they gave me a quote right away for 4 tires with 75 % threadlife and in comparison shop to Costco which have the same tires for $760 before tax. Tires were done and replaced and am very happy with the prompt and friendly service by Steve and his staff. I then asked Steve if they also do breaks and rotors to which he gave me a quote and got it replaced by them as well. I’m very happy from the huge savings but more than that I was very impressed with Steve as he accommodated me the best he could after telling him my busy day and with only one vehicle available I needed the job done. He told me it will take 3 hours for all 4 brakes and rotors but I was surprised when the job was done in one hour and change as he assigned two mechanics to finished the job right away. I spend less than half tax included for all the job than what my dealership quoted me. Will I come to Miller’s Auto? YES! Would I recommend Miller’s auto? It’s all I’d been talking about to anyone I come across with in my circle.

The guys there were cool they got rid of some good guys .But I'd like to go out in the yard and get it myself were not all thieves but imagine that doesn't apply to thier insurance company just guessing why they changed thier policy on getting your own parts but is was cheaper. ThAt sentence had more run on then an old dodge demon . Overall best place around tires parts body work and pick up a good deal if you want to rebuild a smashed up diamond in the rough also had cars repaired mechanically they do it all I got no complaints integral part of community .

Ordered a part for my Audi here. Service was smooth and quick, pricing hundreds less than an OEM part from dealer or Ebay. Definitely recommend and worth the drive.

I have been going here for probably 20 years and can't complain. Now you get a drive in by staff to look for your part and my driver (Steve) is a great guy and in my mind a parts expert.

Best auto wrecker I have ever been to (and trust me I have been to most of them). Very friendly and helpful staff, parts are always as described, delivered on time, and lowest prices. Today I called asking for a quarter panel moulding and told them I am coming from London, only an hour before getting there. They had the part ready for me, even during the current circumstances. I appreciate it!

I’ve been a customer here before and had a great experience but now will no longer give this company any business. I went in today looking for a set of floor mats. Last time I shopped here, they brought me out to the yard and I collected what I needed from a vehicle.This time, I was told that because a set of floor mats doesn’t meet their “minimum”, that they cant sell me anything. Wow! This place is already out in the middle of nowhere, so I wasted over a hour of total drive time, just to receive poor customer service and a refusal of service because the part I needed wouldn’t make then enough money to justify getting it for me.Don’t give this place a dime.
