I called to ask about a ECM for a Saab 9-3 was quoted a fair price and needed a shipping quote. The manager called back gave me a super inflated shipping number and then I asked if he could ship it out today. He said I was in cue and couldn't today. He then was super short and rude. I asked when the part could be shipped and he would not answer so I said tomorrow next week? He then basically hung up the phone on me, I called backed to a rant with him telling me I'm rude and I tried to apologize and then he told me part was sold. He never answered my question and hung up. Worst phone manners ever in 32 years of buying parts over the phone. No response will justify his behavior. I know his game and will basically say I was wrong to ask for a date on when part would be shipped. Complete waste of time. Beware

Don't even waste your time calling and asking for parts because they don't even call you back to let you know if they have what you're looking for. I called here several times last week asking for a specific part for my car. A guy tells me he's positive he has what i need he just had to check the size. I asked him to call me back and gave him my number. 2 days pass and i haven't heard anything back (no surprise) i take it upon myself to drive out to the boonies to pick the part up. After arriving in the middle of nowhere i asked the guy about the part and he tells me "oh we didn't pull one off" Instead of saying "did you want me to grab it off for you" he just looked at me like i was crazy. I don't know how this hole in the ground even makes money. Pathetic customer service. Save your time and effort and don't even call this place.
