    My car was impounded for registration which is my fault but it doesn't give him the right to overcharge! I work in the tow industry and they hit me with some made up fees which is not in the CHP contract so watch yourself if you ever have to deal with these scam artist

    These. Guys. At Myers Towing out. If Tracy. Were about 30% cheaper then the other. 2 companies ..very friendly. Got. The job done. I moved a container from manteca to Fresno...and never whine about. The wet grass. or anything. Like. The other company..please. used. Them. I give them a 10 out of 10. And the driver Chris. Good guy...thanks for. Listen ..I am an actually customer. Don't know these guys...steve

    Called for a quote for a morning tow and girl who answered was completely rude and had no knowledge of the business or how to talk to people. I wouldn’t use this company now if they were the cheapest around.

    Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The ladie answering phone calls, in my opinion, is rude and disrespectful and has no knowledge of customer service. I would suggest taking a class in manners as well as customer service techniques.
