Good service but extremely pricey. They charge per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, so if their service lasted only 20 minutes you will still be charged 2 hours $$$. If I had been told that the minimum was 2 hours I would have seek service elsewhere, the price per hour was already $$$. Service: Car towing

Request a different tow company if you value your vehicle, and what’s inside. We had our work van towed to their yard after being told it was a ‘secure yard’. Two batteries, hand tools, and equipment totaling over $1,000.00 went missing. When we asked to see security camera footage we were told the camera didn’t cover the area the van was parked. They said there was nothing they could do because there was no Inventory List of what was in the van. There was no Inventory List requested.

I was stuck in a Tracy parking lot with a flat tire. I called around for quotes asking for a price on a 1 mile tow to a nearest tire shop. This business have me an affordable price and the best service I can ask for, from the moment they answered the phone to the moment the tow truck helped. Joe (the tow truck driver) was amazing! He was very polite, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this business. If I ever need a tow in Tracy, I will be calling them again. Thank you for the amazing service!

BEWARE!! THEY OVER CHARGEThey showed up at 2:40 PM and left with my truck at 3:09 PM. Their office called me at 4:28 PM and charged me for 3 hours at a rate of $175.00 an hour when they only took my truck 33 miles! I will NEVER be using this company again and recommend others stay away as well. Although I must say the driver was a great guy.

Called these guys to tow my custom built truck and the driver showed up promptly 5 minutes before my scheduled time and was extremely cautious on where he hooked up to my components on my truck to make sure nothing was scratched. These guys are extremely professional. Explains why they are still around when you see tow companies closing left and right.

This is a rip off business that charges people an arm and leg for a tow. They towed my boat and charged me more than $640 (which was discounted from $805 for tow and two days of storage. It takes five minutes to hook up the trailer to any car with a hitch and they are less than 10 miles (15 minutes) away from where they towed my boat and they charged me two hours of towing service and 3 days of storage instead of 2 days. They towed my boat st 7:30 pm on Thursday and I picked it up on Saturday at 5:30 and they charged me for three days of storage instead of 2 days. I don’t understand how they are in business and how no one has shut them down for fraud. This is a fraudulent business. Stay away and pray that no one becomes their victim.
