THIS PLACE IS THE BEST FOR THE WORST CRAPIEST PARTS. AND WORSE THE STAFF IS THE MOST LOST/ UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNKNOWLEDGABLE. MY EXPEREINCE IS THEM NOT ISSUING CREDITS LOOSING PARTS AND CALLING THEM ASKING IF THEY HAVE A PART THEY INFORM ME THEY DO AND I ASK FOR THEM TO PULL THE PART AND THEY CHECK PULL IT AND SAY INFORMS ME YES IT IS. THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE DELIVERED IN 30 MINUTES 2 HRS GOES BY I CALL THEM BACK AND TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE THE PART AND ORDRED IT FROM PHOENIX AND THEY WONT HAVE IT UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON WHEN I ALREADY HAVE THE ENGINE PULLED APART AT THIS TIME AND ITS TYING UP OUR RACK. TO BE SHORT WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING NAPA. EVER. THIS IS A ONE TIME ISSUE OF MANY PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

These people don't care about your health; what else could I think when I walked in and not even the employees wore masks. At a time when 2000+ Americans are dying every day that's unconscionable. They had the part i needed so I was able to give 2 stars. Having the part you need used to be the baseline of what is expected of an auto parts store. The new baseline includes: do they honor their customers enough to do their part to make sure they stay healthy.

I’d give it a negative review if it were possible. I went in looking for something to charge my AC, the man was not helpful at all. When I asked where this item was, he pointed across the way at a shelf full of items like I should know the difference between all or even what I was looking for. I then asked which one, he then stated the one with the nozzle. I asked him, do you know how I use this. He stated just put it on the bottom...I’m thinking bottom of what?? Maybe he didn’t know the job himself, if so they should hire people who do know there stuff so they can help others who don’t... like their customers who provide them jobs. Or maybe he had something against women or my ethnic background. Whatever his reason.... service like this isn’t right.

Went in to buy a quart of oil. The employee that rang me up was not happy. after the purchase I said, “thank you, hope you have a good day” the employee just starred at me and did not say a word.... What happens to good customer service? I will never spend another penny with Napa auto Parts when I can just order online and don’t have to deal with rude employees
