Euro Cars is the best in the business and Jim is an expert when it comes to Volkswagens. Jim does a great job servicing my VW. He is honest and his rates are very reasonable. He's VW certified and has all the right tools. I would recommend him to anyone that has a VW.

Shop had my vehicle for 2 months and although given the information about the probability of the wrong fuel being put in via a mistake at the gas station he failed to fix the problem. We had the car towed to another repair shop and they had it back to us in the matter of a few days. Not only did he not fix the car he left the seat covered in grease and dirt. Very poor communication and service. Sadly we will never take our VW to him again even though he is much closer to our location. Thankfully we found Findlay VW in Flagstaff and they provided great service.

I had multiple issues with the work done here on my Eurovan. I ended up having to go to Flagstaff to have my vehicle fixed after spending over a thousand dollars with Jim. I will never bring another vehicle here.

Put the wrong oil in the transmission and rear differential twice. had to take it to Audi in phoenix. cost me $300.00. He threw the $25 drain plug on the floor and made a Thud, slammed the drivers door shut with a bang, slammed the hood shut with a bang, left 3 full gear oil hand prints on paint job of my nice Audi TT. When I told him what he did he just shrugged his shoulders and said "welp" with no emotion. I think he creates work for him self by damaging your car. Very grumpy and bad attitude. Road side thief. Reminds me of the movie "U Turn". DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXPENSIVE CAR THERE!
