    Not the most helpful store. Manager came off as brash when I wanted to return items. Finding the right product that I may need is not the easiest thing either. The one in Sedona, I've had a better time with. No hassles.

    My favorite auto parts store in Cottonwood. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The turnaround time for ordering parts is fast and they also offer other services such as turning rotors, checking batteries/alternators as well as recycling oil.

    What an excellent experience I had thanks to Jim at the Cottonwood AZ location! I had bought a high end battery at O'Reilly less than 2 years ago and my car kept not starting. I went in, he saw it had a 3 year warranty and he even double checked that it wasn't my alternator. I got my battery replaced for free plus money back due to the warranty. Jim's customer service skills are a cut above the rest.

    Love O'Reilly's as they always seems to have what you need when you need it. Great selection of parts, knowledgeable staff who really seem to like their jobs and the stores are logically organized. Free battery checks, they'll check those annoying codes and explain in non-mechanic speak what is going on with your vehicle... They'll also offer suggestions on what you might do to fix the vehicle problems... DIY often does the trick! And they provide a veteran's discount!

    I called about a battery, was told they have it in stock but bring my old one. Packed it and my son to the store, waited half an hour to talk with the guy I spoke with to be told they do not have the replacement in stock, I would have to order, wait a week and pay 150.00. I found it at another store in stock for 35.00. Wasted my time.

    Unfriendly and very short with answers, argued about the price quote from another store then only completed the transaction after the manager from the other store called then had another employee stand there to watch him to make sure that he did his job, I will be driving to camp verde from now on
