I gathered a few bids from national companies and also wanted a local company in the mix too. I texted the owner on a Sunday and they setup an appointment for 9:30 am the next day. The two guys showed up about 30 minutes early (always a bonus in my book), and were straight with pricing and required no negotiation. I knew I wanted to support local no matter what and their price was right in my ballpark ($425 for the full truck) which was $200 less than the big name guys. I had negotiated the big name guys down to $400 but still didn’t want to pull the trigger until Junkyard Dogs showed up, because I knew if it was still in that range, I’d happily pay more for a local company.The two men got right to work, packing my construction debris very efficiently into the truck, maximizing every square inch. It took them about an hour to clear my carport where I had accumulated all of the debris from my remodel.I called the owner to pay via phone and express my gratitude and he was very thankful and kind. I highly recommend these guys and will gladly use them in the future.

Great company, professional, and arrived on time. I have used this company twice both to remove furniture. The first time I used them they called about 30 minutes before the estimated pick up window to let me know that they were going to be about 30 minutes late and checked with me to see if It was going to be an issue. They came in, removed the 2 couches I had and were very quick, safe and professional in doing so. I used them again today. The owner returned my call within 12 hours to set up a time. I moved my couch down stairs and outside so they would not have to come in but they would have gladly come in and did that for me, but with COVID still lingering, I wanted to decrease risk for them. My realtor recommended this company. Beware. Don’t be fooled by Christian based company. The owner has a nasty attitude & & hung up they phone in me. NOT CHRIST LIKE AT ALL. His staff was suppose to come at 3 pm & he asked if the could come early. I waited but had to go back to work. I sent Thad the pictures of what needed to be hauled off. I let his guys in via Ring. They removed my deck grill by carrying it through the house, scratched my wood floor, took important papers, pictures, & items off the wrong desk, which cannot be retrieved. When they were made aware, Thad the owner asked for a phone call. When I called him back he yelled & said his guys didn't lie, that I should have mentioned it during the walk through(never happened), wouldn't let me speak, said that I was the liar.

As we prepare to move locations, we called NC Junkyard Dogs to clean out a storage room in our current offices. We cannot say enough great things! The room is spotless now, they said they could recycle much of the debris and they came and went in a couple of hours. If you need any space cleared, call these Junkyard Dogs!

I cant believe this guy is in customer service. Be careful dealing with the owner Thad, who has an explosive temper, and has a record of having one. He will also tell you what you want to hear, and if he owes you money ..then you can forget collecting it .
